You could argue against Fury in a similar manner too.

He lacks the heart for a REAL challenge - terrified of Usyk and would rather fight Chisora or Wilder for a 4th time or take part in an exhibition against Franci Ngannou.

Also says he would fight Joshua for nothing in the UK but wanted $500,000,000 against Usyk at the same time

I'll tell you what, WHEN Fury loses his mental meltdown could potentially be spectacular. That's why he wants to frontrun all the time; low risk, high reward and refuses a real challenge until he's backed into a corner.

At least Joshua went for it, lost and got exposed for all his limitations. Fury knows better than everyone else his limitations and will never exert himself.

Remember, Joshua had the same following Fury has now and UK fans are the most gutless glory supporters around who will stick the knife into your back as soon as you lose or stop entertaining them. They're utterly pathetic for this.

They never stopped backing Hatton. Because Hatton was never full of himself and gave his all in the ring.
He fought a good opponent for his comeback and sold 18k tickets in just 48 hours. And what did he have to say to that? "“For so many people, to come out and support me like this, especially in these hard financial times, is absolutely amazing and I’m truly humbled."

Hatton might not have been a great boxer, but I wish we had someone like him around today.

Yeah, Joshua comes off as a madman in the end. He's terrifying and odd. Everyone knew a Hatton.

BUT... if Fury manages to avoid Usyk next fight he will be joining AJ in losing many fans...so a fight of Fury v AJ would be a Clash of the Has beens...

Where do I start..... OK I'll have a go

Whatever AJ does now, regardless who he beats, he can never says he was the best of his generation, back to back defeats to Usyk has made sure of that.

That has taken a lot of shine off AJ, that was his entire boxing identity, being the best of the best, being undisputed, that's all gone for the time being.

Also his personality, he hasn't really got one, all that "stay humble" stuff just seems embarrassing now because once he was schooled twice he lost the plot, threw a tantrum, threw somebody else belts, started crying like a tart and went missing.. all that fake persona was exposed.

Now compare AJ to Fury and even Wilder, those two have personality, even if you don't like them you can't say they are boring. They are both funny in their own way and are colourful people and that makes AJ look even worse.

Plus, in the age of YouTube/Celebrity boxing.. boring people seem even more boring, Jake Paul and Tommy Fury sold a PPV event on their personalities, their fame, they created a buzz and that's why it was successful because they carried the fight with personality, the beef, AJ just doesn't have a personality most people are interested in.

The DAZN deal was a ridiculous idea for AJ, it took him away from Sky Sports, the advertising Sky Sports does and the many eyes on him on a regular basis.

Also Eddie losing lots of fighters hasn't helped, his cards are worse than before, so people are not paying top dollar to go and see AJ, Babic and a bunch of female fights because that's all Eddie has left now.

Eddies BS doesn't help either, Eddie said "the winner of Franklin Whyte fights AJ", Whyte wins and Eddie makes AJ Vs Franklin, make of that what you will.

Personally I think Eddie and DAZN are cutting their cloth, Franklin is the cheaper option and if you go for the cheaper option people might not want to pay to see it.

AJ will fight Franklin and then Whyte afterwards. They’re both crap fights anyway

I don't think they have the money for Whyte. I really don't.

DAZN are paying AJ a shed load of money and are getting.... Franklin.

Hatton had an endearing personality. He was a people's person.

Before you start talking about AJ's murderers row like you're Eddie lets look at his voluntary defences:

    Brezeale
    Molina
    Takam
    Tubby Ruiz Jr

Klitschko and Parker were for belts and Povetkin + Usyk were mandatories.

Wilder 1 2 and 3 were all far riskier voluntary fights than AJs after becoming IBF champ.

    Against Fury,

    Wilder lost the first
    Got TKOd in the second
    Got obliterated in the 3rd

If anyone is talking up a Murderer's Row scenario it's you.

Wilder has been totally neutered at this point.

For someone that doesn’t think about AJ, TF seems to talk about him a lot

Fury haters (that're usually Usyk fans) seems to talk about Fury more. Just side note.
