Anthony Joshua v Tyson fury

Look at Hughie's performance vs Darch and compare it to Joshua's. AJ would leave Hughie in a coma if they fought.

Hughie would easily outbox Joshua right now and against Tyson it would be man against boy.

Despite winning a Gold medal i was never sold on Joshua as being a stand out amateur and nothing so far in his pro career has made me think he'll go all the way. I may change my opinion a couple of years from now but at the moment he is way too raw and stiff to be stepped up above poor journeymen Heavies.

 

I wouldn't judge Fury on that sh1te performance. That's him at his worst.

He needs to sort himself out.

 

I went to the Hughie Fury vs Darch fight, he was knackered ... it was his 10th fight in as many weeks or something crazy.

He has taken 3 months off come back with a stone of muscle.

A better comparison is his 2 round knockout of Greer last night, in his first year of pro fighting ... and Wilder's fight with him in his 26th pro fight. Hughie looked a lot better.

I rooted for AJ all the way in the Olympics, but there was no question he was gift wrapped the gold.

Hughie Fury on the other hand walked it in style to become the UKs first ever World Amateur Super heavyweight champion.

No question Hughie is the better boxer than AJ that's fairly obvious to anyone with eyes ... Joshua has more power, but at only 19 years old with every passing month Hughie will be closing the gap in power.

I think, AJ has reached his peak strength from looking at him unless some new products come on the market!

It has everything to do how Hughie has improved since the Darch fight, which you were using as a comparison.

AJ is SIX years older than him, so he is bound to have more power than a teenager.

But all he would have against Hughie is a puncher's chance.

And that chance will diminish with each passing fight.

Any bodybuilding expert who has knowledge of steriods will tell you straight that he's on the gear.

Choosing a winner because one boxer failed to knockout a similar opponent is an idiotic statement to make.

 

Hes definitely on something he looks like a machine, never understood how they can do weights and train properly for a fight, do they just do high reps and let the roids build muscle because that guy is a beast

Wilder is how a heavyweight should look apart from his skinny legs

Joshua would lose to anyone good right now, hes power isnt all that but hes only had a few fights, when he gets to like 12 fights and steps up we will see how good he is

 

You are comparing apples and oranges. Wilder isn't AJ. I know they are both black, but trust me when I say they are different people.

Interesting,because I think him and Tyson would be great,though I can't see it happening.Would also tip a Fury win after more than one scare.Joshua will also get to a point where he could beat him,in about 3 years time.That won't happen either.Hughs Dad has said he's not ready for Joshua yet.But when he's 25 and Anthonys 30 it could possibly be a different story.

something tells me that Joshua cant take a shot he looks very vulnerable when under pressure also. Hughie looks good prospect .
