Very tough fight for Joshua. I put Povetkin in the top catagory of heavyweights with Joshua, Wilder, Parker and Fury if he comes back. I think those 5 are in a bracket of their own in the division at the moment. Wlad did a great job on Povetkin in keeping him exactly where he wanted him at the end of his jab. Anthony Joshua could not manage that against Carlos Takam very well. I feel Povetkin could get himself in to the range he likes to fight at a bit easier than he found it against Klitchko, his only defeat.

If i were Joshua and this fight got put on his table i would make sure the fight was not in Russia and that Povetkin is seriously drug tested. I do struggle to trust Russians fighting out of Russia.

 

I think what we seen with Joshua and Eddie Chambers is that Joshua actually wants to be Friends rather than Foe with Wilder.Look how Joshua lambested Parker and Fury on Twitter but not Wilder.Maybe because Wilder is African-American that Joshua has Respect for him espically after what's happened with EC.
