No need for theories when it's the actual reality.

This is the same path Ali took. Relied on refs to give him breaks and stop fights prematurely based on his reputation and global influence within the sport.

Boxing should be about the best man winning the fight, not who has the best connections.

Another black eye to the sport tonight, disgusting stuff. Hope Joshua feels sick when he looks at himself in the mirror when he returns home.

Joshua is the best heavyweight out there but he is a little overrated as a power puncher. Obviously his combinations are brilliant and he has fast hands, great finisher too. Defence still isn't great, neither is his jab, his stamina is poor too.

You were right and so were many of us.

Joshua barely survived and escaped a 40-41 years old Wladimir Klitschko. It is only the lack of Wlads killer instinct that caused him to survive.

I already said from the Whyte fight, that there are issues with him and his stamina.

He got a gift in the olympics.

Joshua is just a product of a weak Heavyweight scene. Fury will beat him and i give Wilder a pretty good shot at beating him.

Jeez didn't realise AJ was this unpopular among 'real' boxing fans.

Great experience in your 20th professional fight to whitewash someone as competent as Takam with a broken nose..

He is unpopular because of casual idiots and fanboys hyping him up to something he is not.

Yes, those two examples are totally equivalent in probability to AJ being a protected fighter. Hmm.

Froch was a great fighter, but one of the worst pundits I've seen.

Bellew is actually a good pundit but he's very biased towards Joshua.

He's pure athleticism. Take the physical attributes away and he has no elite boxing skill. There are a lot of fighters who can beat him. If Pulev had more heart and confidence I'd believe he can win that fight off the jab but IMO he's scared of Joshua and the Johnson and Peter fights make me think of him as too cowardly to beat Joshua.

He was basically calling out all biased refs, he talked about how a fighter can feel when the ref wants the other guy to win, especially when they're in the home country of their opponent, and that refs pull for their guy and look for any chance they can get to stop it. Then after all that, he said, I'm not saying the ref is corrupt or anything. He walked back all the good **** he'd just said. But good job calling bull**** by Paulie regardless.
