That said, it AJ had lost last weekend and not Wilder; then it probably would have been a good cash out. AJ v Dubois at Wembley in April time.

 

Joshua would get tagged a few times but ultimately bust Dubois up and make him quit late on

 

I doubt Dubois lasts any longer than Wallin, or is any more competitive.

 

Soon as Hearn self-nominated himself as DDD's biggest fan last weekend, this fight was on the cards for AJ or another Matchroom HW. Entertaining tune-up for Joshua while he figures out what to do with the IBF mandatory or some other route to a title but I suspect it doesn't end well for DDD.

 

Surely most if these heavyweight fights will be in Saudi now?

 

I'll be routing for Dubois but Dubois is too open and easy to hit fo AJ. If you getting dropped by Larena and Miller is able regularly find the target, I be surprised if AJ doesn't land his combinations.

Now that UK Boxing has sold its soul for high sums of Saudi Loot, it won't be long before we see one Boxing Promoter named Matchbury Saudi or Queensroom Arabia with Hearn and Warren on a percentage for matchmaking.

 

Next year agreed. But I doubt they'll let Dubois fight AJ then. Surely hes regrouping? Wasn't ready for Joyce though I thought he was and I knew he wasn't ready for Usyk. But he can improve a little so may get to the stage he'd be too young for AJ if AJ is still around in 18 months/2 years.
Excellent victory Saturday but doesn't mean hes ready for this. AJ isn't better than he was but hes probably as good and not on the slide.
OP says it's in talks but not sure I believe it really is.

 

Hard to know what to do with Dubois. The money will be probably to much to turn down a Joshua fight. But I would try get q couple more confidence boosting fights before going in with the big boys again.

 

It's difficult to imagine any outcome which isn't Dubois quitting in round 4 or 5.

 

Maybe they just create their own Saudi Boxing Promotion company and handpick the boxers they want ?
