Who would win at heavyweight? Jake Paul has made some bizzare claims such as 'Benavidez would kick my ass, but I will destroy Anthony Joshua'. Hell, his team also thought Gervonta Davis was a tougher fight for him than AJ. Why are they so low on AJ?
Joshua puts Benavidez and Jake Paul in the hospital on the same night. The Joshua fight is not going to happen—it's all about publicity and to get the most attention.
Training is much different than real fights. In training lighter weight fighters superior skills and talent show. Heavier, bigger guys are less skilled and don't put as much power in sparring especially with all protection. Sparring Benavidez is probably hell compared to most HWs.
The reality is we need more 'cross weight' fights because it's interesting for science. We need fights with MW's up at HW to see what they can do. We already know with roids they can do something. And we know Ruiz TKO'd AJ despite not being a real HW. It's just interesting, let's do it. These are warriors who go out on their shield, so what's the problem?
AJ has too much size and reach, Ruiz can take a punch from an explosive heavyweight and go toe to toe with Parker and Miller who would both destroy Benavidez quite easily.
