Yes after Bowe had ruined him.

Bowe didn't ruin him he just simply had a glass chin.

    To a degree.

Joshua isn't gonna put him out with his first punch I wouldn't have thought. He'll grind him down like Bowe did.

I think Joshua knocks him out as soon as he lands a big shot. I can't see Hide surviving the initial onslaught.

I thought the same would happen with Molina but that took 3 rounds.

3 rounds is still a wipe out in my eyes, I didn't watch the Molina fight because of work but wasn't that the first meaningful shot he landed?

3 rounds means he wasn't able to knock him out in the first 6 minutes of action.

Joshua landed more than one punch this weekend.

Did he land any big power shots prior to the knockdown?

Hide is not Molina anyway, I just can't for the life of me see Hide surviving knockdowns like he did against Bowe.

I think he would, like he did against Bowe.

I think Joshua hits harder than Bowe, it would be a similar result to Vitali I feel.

Hard to say. David Price looked like the heaviest handed fighter in history but when he stepped up a level he got his ass handed to him.

That doesn't mean he doesn't hit like a mule.

Even though Hide is more proven to a degree, I'd favour Joshua. The size difference, with Joshua's power and Hide's abysmal chin would be deciding factors.

Hide of course would be dangerous, he hit's very hard, but he's too open, and Joshua wouldn't need to land cleanly to even stop him. Hide's chin is so bad it could end up being a Charles Martin kind of KO from Joshua where he stops his man without even landing a particularly hard shot.

From what I recall of Hide's fight with Bowe, he went down from some very insignificant shots. Bowe was not even landing his best but every time he landed anything remotely cleanly he had him down.

Big Ukrainian and Wass1985 like this.
