"When your tank is empty it is hard to perform," said Anthony Joshua.

Those words may well prove prophetic.

Parker is closer to Joshua’s height than I thought. It looks like Joshua’s reach advantage will be rather minimal

Parker for the win, via tko. Late rounds

I hope Joseph Parker doesn't end up being like another John Ruiz.

Parker openly talking "I want to test his chin out?". Does Parker really punch hard?

He doesn't punch harder than Klitschko, that's for certain. Klitschko dropped Joshua, but he got back up....

Parker is just trying to sell the fight....

Wlad also didn't hit Joshua jaw. Look at that punch... it hit Joshua square on the cheek/nose area. I reckon that snap left from Whyte had him in more trouble as that legit hit his jaw.

Just because AJ didn't go down in the Whyte fight doesn't mean he wasn't as hurt. It's how I see it....it's how i saw it.

He was listless after that shot landed off Whyte, and non fanboys could tell he was there for the taking for quite sometime. Imo we've seen how Joshua is gonna take a loss sooner or later, and its not gonna be on points !

He was clearly hurt by the Whyte punch but not as badly as he was against Wlad. Whyte's shot didn't have the power of Wlad's punch but he caught Joshua coming in with his chin in the air, that's what did the damage there.

Wlad's shot was as hard a right hand as Wlad can throw and he hits way harder than Whyte, but it caught Joshua with his chin tucked with his body in his normal stance, that's the only reason he wasn't KTFO. Had Wlad caught Joshua coming in like Whyte did the fight would of ended there and then. But Joshua was clearly more hurt vs Wlad he went down hard and took him longer to recover.

At the end of the day...

Whyte blew his shoulder and the chance of a TKO win over AJ

Wlad blew his chance by letting AJ recover by not going for the win.

One thing Parker will do is hunt down a wounded opponent - fast

Parker is a live underdog in this fight. I think he's more durable than Joshua, and better than any man Joshua face except for Wlad. If Parker is willing to accept being out boxed early and take a few shots in order to win, I do think he can upset in the mid to later rounds.

But Parker is not an elite level talent and should he win, heavyweight boxing might be viewed as a game of musical chairs for the next 2-3 years, except for Wilder who sits in his chair and fights non top ten opponents. Wilder vs Oritz? Not 100% sure it will happen.
