And just on another note i think Wilder will fight Martin rather than Povetkin, assuming the WBC allow a unification over a mando, which i believe they normally do

 

Joseph Parker hasn't fought anyone close to Dillian Whyte in ability, so I can't see it. U'd have to make AJ a big favorite.

If JP doesn't step up he will be like Deontay Wilder. He needs to fight a Chisora or Tony Thompson type very soon.

They are both ranked top 10 by the WBC and IBF so maybe they could leap frog a few guys and be next in line for the title if they fought.

But like has been mentioned these sort of fights just don't happen much anymore. To much risk for not enough reward their managers will surmise.
