Anthony Joshua vs Lennox Lewis who wins this super fight?

Lewis by stoppage easily.

 

Very debatable that Joshua is stronger or even quicker than prime Lennox. Lennox's
power was proven and was on display at the highest level. In addition to speed
Lennox had extremely good footwork for a big guy, indeed for a HW period.

Lennox gets flack for his chin, but he was only down/out twice in his entire career.
Lennox took an assortment of shots from very big punchers and never went anywhere,
(ironically he stood up to harder punchers shots than the 2 guys that ko'd him).

Anthony Joshua would have absolutely no chance whatsoever against Lennox,
no chance.

 

Lennox does everything better than joshua. I honestly think he would blast out Joshua in 5/6 rounds. No way Joshua is durable enough to stand up to Lennox oh right.

Joshua is too upright has no head movement. Lennox would destroy him

I doubt Joshua would get though Lennox last 15 opponents. Lennox ruled in a very good era. He may beat Botha or Rahman

As mentioned on his day its hard to argue h2h for anyone to beat Lennox

I hope as a Brit to be proved wrong of course. But we haven't seen it yet I'm afraid. Blasting out pure bums means nothing

 

Typical fool on here BLINDED by popularity and didnt read what i wrote anyway...If you really think lewis who struggled with Tucker/Bruno and was rocked by Briggs in rnd one is head and shoulders above Joshua you truly are a fool also considering we have PROOF a big puncher can k.o Lewis..it happened TWICE didnt it?

OBVIOUSLY Joshua can fight better inside and put together combos better than Lennox and doesnt need to be a safety fighter first bc hes more athletic with his style and is BETTER than Lewis was at the same point and is better than the guys he struggled with..Joshua WOULD be one of Lewis's BEST opponents hes ever fought! .Boxing 101!

 

I think one of Lewis' sweet overhand counters will knock Joshua out very early. He's got the ring IQ to lure Joshua in as well. Only guys to beat Lewis had one punch knock out power. These hard hitting HW's don't do much to Lewis as you can witness vs Vitali(Who IMO hits harder than Joshua & and more in his arsenal than Joshua)

Joshua's not doing anything to Lewis on the inside because of Lewis' uppercut. And ofc Hearn is going to side with his son's client and against Lewis who left him which caused him to lose a lot of money.

 

I don't like Lewis at all and even I know he would make AJ look like Michael Grant.

Lewis would Jab Joshua's head off all night of he needs to.

AJ hasnt been in the ring with anybody anywhere near Lewis ring IQ. I would LOVE to see it but he has only fought the same stand in range, no movemnt style of opponent.

 

The gulf is catastrophic isn't it. Lewis destroys him. Hes shown nothing yet that would suggest anything other than an early blow out for lennox...

 

Lewis would have blown AJ out inside 3 or 4 rounds. He was literally that good, and is way above AJ.

AJ holds a minor trinket, and has alot to do in order to build a legacy, and does not have a one single good win on his resume.

No chance.
Quicker?
No!

How much bigger is Joshua? Same height, Lewis had a massive reach and was a huge naturally big man, not pumped with huge muscles.

Lewis would stop Joshua round 3-4
