AJ has a 3inch height, 4inch reach and 40 pound weight advantage at 6'6, 82 reach and 250 pounds of solid power punching muscle. Ali is 6'3, 78 inch reach and only 210 pounds. Joshua clearly has the size advantage that Ali enjoyed in 90% of his fights, so going to be a unusual experience for Ali.

Ali does have quicker and better footwork, and faster hands, but I seriously doubt it will make up for Joshua's fast hands with such a height and reach advantage. I doubt Ali even has a punchers chance.
I think this is a obvious win for the stronger, bigger and much more powerful Joshua. I think the smart money is on Joshua by early KO. What do you think?

    Ali boxes his head off...

I've seen AJ get outboxed by men as big as Ali but less skilled in amatuers. Ali totally mind blows him and proceeds to run rings around him.

Not saying it would be easy for Ali...these superheavyweights are huge mofo's.

I doubt it Ali was practically KO'ed by light punching Henry Cooper, how ever would he manage to take a punch from a 250 pound real power puncher. Ali was fast, but he even had problems with Mildenberger.

I'm not trolling I gave a solid argument why AJ would dominate Ali. I'm not an alt whatever that means? Foreman was practically the same size as Ali. Ali 6'3 215, Foreman 6'3 1/2, 220 pounds. I don't know why you are pretending Foreman was much bigger than Ali, they are practically the same size.

Joshua by a total bulldozing demolishing job.And it should be obvious why its more than a big mismatch.

As soon as Joshua even lands a solid jab Ali would know he's in big trouble.

It would be Ali's worst nightmare of an opponent a power puncher with reach and speed it would be somewhat if you took Lewis and Tyson and blended them together. A solid technical power puncher who throws in speed combinations and every punch on the inside or outside. I know its Ali but its funny to me that a name alone wins fights not actual reality of the match ups when boxing is the topic.

Its like taking say the UFC old legend Royce Gracie and saying he defeats Cain Valesquez. It wouldnt last one rnd. If you did that on a MMA forum you would be called a fool. Here i'll just call the others who cant see an obvious mismatch here LESS informed. Ali is not winning this fight he just not. Im actually surprised Joshua got 6 votes would have been shocked by 3.

Clever man. Funny how not one Ali fan can come up with sensible explanation on how Ali would deal with Joshua. Probably because they know he would suffer a one sided beat down.

Ali did well against tall opponents. In fact he beat every single one of them. Sabedong, Powell, Williams, Terrell, Lewis, Bugner, Foreman and Wepner. It could be said Ali measured up stylistically well against bigger men. Ali also had a solid chin, proven against some of the bigger punchers in heavyweight history like Liston and Foreman. Ali wins by late KO, because we all know Joshua will gas.

He didnt beat Norton all the time and he certainly never beat a 6'6 olympic or elite caliber guy of the structure of AJ..there wasnt one.its not about who's taller its about what each relied on.And the number ONE thing Ali needed was length and speed for his style. Those two would do him little good here. when you have to relie or assume the other guy has to gas to win ,well thats not good either.

Yes WE all know a proven triathlon and track and field star will gas ,correct? :dancing:

    WEPNER? :watchout:

There is nothing sensible about this match. Its like putting 3 inches on Foreman and 20 plus pounds or so on him and thinking Ali would win. The main differance between Foreman and Joshua is SKILL itself, add in speed and smarts well how is Ali going to win is a good question! Even if i thought Ali could win against other top guys from the past and gave in....Joshua's style /attributes and abiliites would be the last guy i think Ali could beat.
