AJ isnt the puncher that his impressive physical appearance would suggest. Sure he's a hard puncher given his size but so was Primo Carnera.

You guys can continue the farce basis of the the thread but as stated ( and you can go though my posts) only guys able to go in on Joshua and hurt him defeat him. Ali would be custom made for a guy like Joshua . He would be FORCED into panic mode where he sits on the ropes like he HAD to with foreman and hope AJ punches himself out,the problem is AJ is a select puncher and competent thinker able to throw competent combos,he will lose this fight, hes not winning this one unless you give Ali more punching power and a better defense but then i'll add 3 more inches to Aj and give him whatever I wish ?. lol

lets actually use REAL time frames when both should have lost.

Ali was saved by the bell in his 19th fight vs 185 pound Cooper.

Joshua lost in his 21/22 fight vs a replacement Ruiz AFTER multiple title defenses.

Who wins in the real match up ? Well smart money would never be on ali at any point. #FACTS

50/50 fight. Could go either way. Ali is way overrated. Very good HW but overrated.

After Ruiz beat AJ I'm wondering why this thread is still alive.

Why is anyone saying Ali had a bad chin? The guy fought some of the hardest hitters ever lol even at 212 pounds Ali was withstanding punishment from Fraizer and Norton and at 210 pounds he was taking punches from Liston. Haters everywhere lol Joshua got exposed facing someone who had quick hand speed along with good combinations. Ali had the foot speed to go with that, oh and the reflexes that would make Joshua miss almost all the time. I was sure Ali would of won before the Ruiz fight, but how can people have any doubt after it lol Joshua is slow and hates fighting smaller guys. Joshua would get knocked out in a round that Ali chooses.

I do think Ruiz beating Joshua in the fashion that he did, does certainly bring up the real possibility that Ali could beat Joshua, but there is so many unanswered questions right now.
    Like
1: how good will Ruiz prove to really be in a few years time.
2: how does the Joshua vs Ruiz rematch go, if Joshua destroys Ruiz on points(winning almost every round), or KO I have still have serious doubts about Ali’s ability to beat Joshua.
3: how good does Joshua prove to be in a few years. He could lose every fight when he faces a top guy after this.

To tell you the truth with the rise of Lennox, and the Klitschko’s I thought greats of the past could put up a great fight, but lose almost every time to modern world champions. Recently time has proved bigger does indeed prove better when it comes to modern world champions.
I have my doubts today’s top boxers are at the same level as Lennox and the Klitschko’s though. They are either not as altheltic, or not as skilled.

Prime Ali wouldn’t need to use the rope a dope, he’d be a constantly
moving target for the lumbering Joshua.
Also he wasn’t saved by the bell against Cooper, he was up at 3.

relax this fight isnt based off of resumes it is based off styles and advantages

just because ruiz stopped joshua does not mean ali could do it.

you do know that ruiz had to stay in the pocket and sit down 100% on his punches and throw many of em , with him getting dropped and risking himself to getting knocked out as well. a super heavyweight at that

would ali do the same ??
