The cheek bones/lower eye area is still a bad place to get hit. Ortiz got sparked by a similar shot with same placement from Wilder and no one says Ortiz has a bad chin. AJ gets way too much stick and unfair criticism.

Yep. And these guys act like Cooper couldn't dent AJ's chin

Why? Because I don't think "muh modern day giant" can beat a real 185 pound fighter from the past who hit hard enough to drop Ali?? Cooper puts AJ flat on his back my friend.

How, AJ wouldn’t be Ali’s punching bag, and if you think he would you shouldn’t be on this thread

Yea that’s fine but you don’t have to be completely overrating him. He doesn’t have a chance against any skilled super heavyweight

Yes he does. Only a prime Mike Tyson has a decent chance against him.

Any elite heavyweight has a chance against him, he got knocked out by Patterson who’s basically a light heavyweight

With regards to Henry Cooper it was his left hook, known affectionately as Enery's 'Ammer. It didnt travel more than 6 ". If it landed it was goodnight for most. Most KO's are not just power punches they are shots you dont see coming. Like Pac with his KO he walked right into it.
Henry's downfall were his eyes he had sharp eyebrow bones & they opened cuts from inside whenever a good shot landed
