    This is your breakdown:

"Joshua is a MASTER at catching jabs"

"Joshua is a MASTER at controlling distance"

    "Joshua has GREAT footwork"

    "Joshua displays MASTERFUL reset positioning..."

"All you see is Ali dancing around the ring"

Well, that's a truly outstanding breakdown.

I bow down to your NOLEGGE.

What, by claiming that Joshua is a master of numerous techniques, whilst Ali merely danced around the ring?

    What a clown you are.

Whats funny is Ali had to clinch illegally against foreman who was not near anything like Joshua. Even if he were allowed to clinch by the head locks under the arm pit too... ( only way to stop joshua) Joshua would rip right into him unlike foreman .He wouldnt even get near Joshuas explosive in and out movements. He would be terrified after the first 2 minutes once he realized what he was fighting.Ali couldnt even hanldle simple jabs from guys 6 inches shorter than Joshua...the match is foolish.

Gary Cornish is a blue collar type guy. Does a bit of boxing training after his days work to stay in shape.
Before he fought Joshua he was never even on TV. Not one appearance on Sky , BN , Eurosport , BT or any other sports channel in his entire life.
I cought a glimpse of him fighting on some obscure channel on Sky digital fighting on the card out together by the Daily Sun.
The guy is not a real boxer.
That you would shamelessly bring him up to make a case for AJ beating Ali should prove you're nothing more than a sad little troll , but i actually believe you are for real , so you're not a troll , you are just an immensely stupid moron.

The only thing that would scare me on this forum is you ever agreed with me! Im sure the others who are in agreement with you are cringing right now too even though they worship people not actual boxing ability....:crazylick:

The point is a good big guys beats a good small heavyweight. We have seen it many time now. The fact there has not been a small successful heavyweight since 1998 proves this is true.

People pointing out Joshua has not beat a small speedy guy like Ali are missing two things. One Ali never beat any oppoent even closely resembling AJ. Two all the small speedy guys like Ali seem to get beat by the big guys in heavyweight, been happening for almost two decades now.

    bailey,

You wrote: "Based on Joshua being bigger, stronger, more powerful. Simple as"

No mention of skills or speed etc.

    As above.

You've not taken into account anything else, and you've wrote: "Simple as" as though it would have been easy.

Fair enough, although nothing he did in training would have prepared him for Mike.

From the evidence at hand, I think it would be highly unlikely. But if you're saying things like: "Who's to say..." then you're obviously unsure, which makes your opening post look silly. If you don't know, how could you have Joshua as a firm favourite, saying: "Simple as"

As things stand, Joshua is only starting out on his journey. So at this moment in time, it's just ignorant to claim that he'd have beaten Ali due to his size and strength.

    1. I've never claimed that any fantasy fight with Roy would have been a forgone conclusion.

    2. Roy is an ATG. At the moment, Joshua isn't.

Yes, that would have been very intriguing.
