    He beat a prime Wlady by KO, something that had not been done in 12 years. Yes the guy clearly should be ranked up there with Ali. So will you in a few short years.

    Actually James I brought up Liston's reach because Ali out jabbed him in their first fight.
    Liston had a very good jab and at 84" it's the longest of all the champions.

    So you are wrong when you said "it's the longest of all the champions."

    Liston was slow, short and small. It was a great win back in the 60s, but if Joshua was put in with Liston now, without Liston's fame, it would be called a complete mismatch, people would be saying-

    Why is Joshua fighting against some short bum with a 35 pound weight advantage, this is the worst heavyweight era of all time, this era sucks, what a crappy era.

    The only fighter Ali fought with any comparison to Joshua is Foreman, and even Foreman is blatantly less skilled, lower ring IQ, much shorter, much lighter, weaker, and probably does not have the same punching power.

    I concede an error there, you obviously Boxrecced, but Carnera and Valuev simply never entered my mind, let's face it a Cruiserweight beat Valuev.
    So other than, only Lewis matches Liston.
    Now you do Liston a disservice, he had an excellent jab, you're saying it was slow, so Joshua's is rapier fast?
    Also Liston was a big man,he had a huge frame especially across the shoulders, always in shape.
    It's not the fact that Joshua isn't good, i've always said he is, it's the fact you and some others seem to see some super skilled, super fast, incredibly talented fighter that's there in front of us, when he clearly isn't.

    why do you use cruiserweight and then complain about someone using SIZE...thats funny about you nostalgic nuts,,,you only use SIZE when its for a point in your favor...what favor??? im not sure because you constantly bait and switch on that SIZE matter..Liston was 6'0 tall and a slow lunger his jab was good but he also used it against small 190 pounders on average at times,he lost to a 180 pounder learning his craft yet you find imbecilic errors on joshua?.......in short....

    Its a very easy fight for AJ WE know this,because its still boxing not a comic book fantasy world. Ali won in a VERY weak 60'era..LOST in amore competitve 70's ( its on Video footage)...and we all can see what Joshua brings to the table and sorry but he really is 6'6 240 plus ,i know you cant believe that when you watch old footage of the past era guys...thats called border line shizophrenia...lmao

    "Let's face it a cruiserweight beat Valuev." No cruiserweight beat Valuev, Haye was a 217 pound heavyweight, much bigger than Ali ever was during the 60s in weight, and definitely in muscle mass.

    I can't believe the hypocrisy, David Haye the 217 pound heavyweight beat Valuev, so he is useless, but Ali the cruiserweight by your very own standard would beat Joshua the 6'6 250 pound super heavyweight. You can't make this stuff up.

    Ali on the other hand was beating by a 197 pound cruiserweight, but I guess we will just forget that. Lol
