The problem is that there isn't really a heavyweight that could prepare him for Joshua, the gap is so big in the division that even fighting Pulev or someone of that calibre wouldn't really be much of a tester in comparison. He could go in and school Pulev (which I'd expect him to do) and I still wouldn't feel like I've learned anything much about how he could handle Joshua
I've never disputed that he is number 1.....I actually think Povetkin is the better fighter but he is at the tail end of his career and AJ has the Klitchko win, which although Wlad was 41yo and 18 months inactive it is still the best single victory out of the heavyweights. Again my point is not AJ as a fighter, he's good but he isn't this unbeatable specimen you idiots would like us to believe and his resume bar Klitschko is pretty average and that is because of the lack of depth in the division. So I can go along with your belief that AJ has been in deep and beaten A level opposition if you want but that would be allowing myself to believe the brand that is Anthony Joshua.
I don't think AJ is unbeatable, nor am I an idiot. Don't argue against points I haven't made. Good day.
His only loss is to Joshua. He's ranked number one by the WBC and ranked in 2 other organizations in top 10 . He's on a 6 fight win streak and fighting Browne in March. He's also the WBC silver belt champion,,........ Anything to divert attention to guys who shouldn't be in there right? Lol
Old Chisora trained with Povetkin ( you know the guy you have at 2) for Whyte in Russia and actually came to win. Whyte battered Allen and promised him he was going to beat him up 12 rounds.....he did. The only bad fight I've seen Whyte in was Lewison on who I thought he also carried but got the stoppage anyway. All in all not a bad resume considering he hasn't had ONE full camp since Joshua cack in 2015. Povetkins own performances since off PEDs have gone south. His best win is Takam 4 years ago since Klitchko. Hammer is not a top 10 guy and Povetkin is actually unproven with punchers in 34 fights unless you count Rahman near his retirement. Ortiz or Wilder would be favored over him. Moving him down to 4/5 ranked. The fact you got duped into a list was only to show how ignorant you are ...all the smack about Joshua this and that as another posted pointed out yet have him number one and couldn't list all the fighters he avoided. All the other jargon of non boxing related shows who the Joshua obsessive one is.
LOL Avoiding my points are we? You're pathetic fella, keep up the Cuckold AJ threads. "He's on a 6 fight winning streak".... Let's address this... He arguably lost to Chisora, a Chisora who is at the tail end of his career. Helenius, a Helenius who was KTFO by Duhaupas...do you rate Duhaupas? Allen, Whyte couldn't even give his legs a wobble yet had AJ doing the skanky leg and Allen was then destroyed by an actual world level fighter in Ortiz. Lewison, took Whyte 10 to get rid of him, Joe Joyce in his 1st fight stops him in 8.
