Is there any chat show on British tv not fronted by a gay man?

 

you CANNOT accuratley measure a punch if you are not hitting a solid object or one with mass to it....SMH!

These machines are nothing more than like throwing a baseball or rock as hard as you can and throwing your arm out because its like missing a punch really and straining your arm at full force.....i know i did...the weakest guy at the local bar whos a buck 150 spends all his time on the machine and regularly gets the high score which is probably over 900..lol


Dana White hit it just right he got a 00.1....which means 1000 ...

I heard that machine KO'd Joshua in sparring

 

These punching machines are jokes and awful at actually measuring power. Calzaghe for example scored higher than Lennox Lewis lol.

i went to a pool hall a few months back to hang with some old friends i had not seen in a long time. there was one of these machines in there and a bunch of guys were hitting it and drawing attention. none of the guys were hitting above the mid 700's. my buddies went up there and loaded some money and asked me to go after them, my first punch was 1075. all, except one, outweighed me by at least 30 lbs. in a half hour that i watched, only 1 guy besides me broke 1000. i couldnt help but walk around a little cocky when they saw a guy in his 50's hit harder than all these young bucks trying to show off for their girlfriends. speed and follow through is all you need, as the bag itself offers little resistance.

 

I have a mate who is great at getting high scores on those machines, not sure what the secret is but big punching fighters usually get underwhelming scores. I remember Holyfield getting a lesser score than some ordinary guy on a show once. My mate is also not a big puncher!

 

hit it just above the center line, which will cause more of a whipping action as the bag slams the sensor. position yourself where a punch at full extension will leave your elbow where the bag used to be, then just concentrate on generating as much speed as possible and follow through to full extension. its all technique and little actual raw power.

 

Makes sense as my mate is a lanky *******! Always baffled me!
