Cammarelle won here by razor thin pts, but went the other way. Wrong winner but wouldn't call it a robbery, plenty of moments on both ends.

I had Camarelle by 1 point.

    Close fight. No Robbery

Agreed, the Savon fight was a robbery. This was not. Him winning that last round by 3 points was fair then when it goes to countback it could go either way obviously.

I can't see how people are seeing this as a robbery. NAh.

AJ got the last round. There was 3 point difference coming into the last round. So it was close.

Hmmm Italian shouldn't have let those crazy ****ing judges deal out the winner.

The moment it was declared a draw there was no chance in hell the Italian was gonna win on countback. There's a legit argument that Joshua pulled the scoring back to a draw in the third, but...home advantage swung it I reckon(on the countback).

Camaralle won clearly the first 2 but looked gassed in 3rd...it was close indeed and in this kind of situations the home fighter will always get the advantage.

    Thought it was a draw.

When it was read as a draw I Knew Joshua would have it

    Savon deserved the gold.

Close bout, thought Joshua just lost. But Joshua's right hand was working a treat in that last round, so...

    No robbery.

I didn't think Cammarelle won the second round by 2 points. Overall, I think the decision was the right one - close but with the gold going to Joshua.

Joshua looked a lot more tired than I expected though. I think he put a bit too much into the Dychko fight which turned out to be an easy victory. That lack of experience is to be expected with such a young fighter though.

Cammarelle really only had a few seconds when he pinned Joshua in the corner near the end of the first round.

He didn't win the second round by 2 either, and Joshua clearly won the third by 3-4 points.

No robbery. Not that Italians can complain about that.

Cammarelle done enough to snatch the first round by a close margin after that however i thought Joshua had done enough to be ahead going into the last round, not sure how he wasnt to be honest. The last round Joshua put it beyond doubt for me.
