McCall has a much better chin than AJ and Lewis was in poor shape against Rahman. AJ power is so overrated it took 11 rounds to knock out a washed up Wlad when Corrie Sanders did the the job in 4 minutes against a prime version of Wlad.
Repeat of Bruno-Lewis. Joshua needs to land that one big shot to Lenni's face or those combinations. But then again Joshua himself has a suspect chin. 60-40 in favor of Lewis.
How can you question his stamina when hes only been past rnd 7 ONCE???Wouldnt taking punches from Wlad and lasting 11 SHOW his stamina is good since FEW fighters could achieve going 11 with LIMITED rnd experiance? Come on guys you have to think what constitutes good and bad stamina! Not to mention his work ethic one clearly sees and how he continually adjusts his training...MAYBE he was a bit too heavy?Did you guys think about that..maybe he fights at 240 next time?Who cares you gain better stamina when you fight MORE .......this is boxing 101!
Joshua is too muscle bound and stiff whereas Lewis had excellent fluidity and was very economical with his movement, I can see Lewis being troubled early but at some point he will nail Joshua either on the way in or with his uppercut during a clinch and I can't see him letting Joshua off the hook
So are you saying a fighter who has never gone the distance and been over 7 rounds only once proves they have good stamina? Because that's a ridiculous statement. Joshua hasn't proven he has good stamina or even stamina as good as Lewis, which is why some people question his stamina. He clearly gassed during the Wlad fight, he said himself he got tired and lost focus which resulted in getting caught by that right hand. He also gassed during the Whyte fight when he tried to take him out early. Yes both times he gassed Joshua recovered which shows good powers of recovery but people should have questions about his stamina, because based off the evidence we've seen so far it could be a weakness to exploit.
joshua has too much muscle for an elite boxer, I suspect. in 6 rounders he certainly thrives on this but at world level and above, the jury has to still be out.
Lewis would knock the F out of joshua any day of the week. And if he cant, he would heabutt like no tomorrow until cutting him. And once AJ has a cut, lewis would rub his hair on this wound like a razor until referee stops the fight or the cut goes from the eye to the toe. Like he has always done. Joshua stands no chances.
I'm not saying he has bad stanima I'm just questioning it and this is exactly my point he has only gone past 7 once while its impressive since no one can seem to go the distance it can also be a potential downfall eventually you are going to want rounds in also saw signs of him gassing in the Whyte fight too just making observation bro
Joshua ticked a couple of more boxes against Wlad, but going in with a prime Lewis? I just think Lewis would have too much all round for Joshua at the minute. When Lewis was fired up and realised he had a challenge in front of him he was an awesome proposition. His knockout losses happened when he simply got complacent and didn't particularly rate the threats that were in front of him. He'd knock Joshua out.
I don't know. Lennox had what Hearns had at the lower weights. He was not a great jabber and all that like Hearns, but Tommy had a right hand. Lennox could land that at anytime. I pick Lennox to knock out Joshua in about 4 or 5
