He is more like Frank Bruno than Lennox Lewis, I think he will be a fan favorite, I think he can go all the way.
I went to watch a mate fight in Oxford and Joshua was on the card, he had his opponent rolling around the floor in agony, I agree he maybe a bit raw but he hits hard, should come away with a medal at the olympics.
Rapidly improving. I would like to see him step up but it seems to be hard to match him as after only six fights people are avoiding him. Tom Dallas was offered to fight him on the David Price undercard but wouldnt sign the contract then Noureddine Meddoun signed up but pulled out at the last minute to fight Prizefighter. I would love to see him fight someone like Richard Towers.
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ig6Ku_TlecM&feature=relmfu[/ame] Sounds humble, no stupid bs trashtalk, no nonsense about this that and the other, seems a geniune guy, good luck to him.
Mate- just because you have got gyno/***** tits it doesnt mean everyone else has http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/GYNO-HELP-m2857138.aspx I have seen Dillian Whyte fight up close a few times and he seems natural to me.His first pro debut he was carrying too much weight chest belly etc but he is only 24 and seems to be getting in better shape with every fight.
Dillians good, decent lad replies on twitter to anyone if you ask him a question. I think he could beat Towers now, I think he is our 5th best heavyweight behind Fury, Price, Chisora and Haye.
I agree he is an exciting prospect and after he fights he spends time meeting, talking etc to everyone- he is not full of himself.
"I don't like predicaments" haha but seriously sounds like a decent lad came across well, our HW scene at the moment is coming along nicely.
We have a great heavyweight scene I think, loads of different types of fighters of different ages with a couple of dangerous gatekeeper types who can test other fighters. Fury and Pricey world class prospects, Chisora and Haye proven on the world stage, Skelton and Audley proven at a decently high level, Towers and Whyte both coming through who are decent prospects. McDermott , Sprott and Dallas can still do things on the UK stage.
Lots of good/interesting fights to be made in the domestic ranks. Am I right in thinking Perez moved over to the states if he hasn't then include him in there as well. A good deep division with lots of interesting fights to be made domestically and at world level
Silver at the worlds, how many others have even come close to achieving that? The don't give out those medals to lemons. Unlike Audley this guy has heart I think he could do well
