Well that's not much of an argument, is it?

Some stunning physiques can be created naturally, as various old school strongmen posted in this thread attest to, but as realistic as those statues were, they were still in some manner or other stylised representations of an ideal form, not an objective snapshot of people at the time (at least not that we can prove). Better to just focus on those turn of the century guys like Sandow and Pandour whom we have actual photographic records of.

But saying something is possible doesn't make it probable. All of those strongmen spent their whole lives crafting their physiques, devoting their every waking moment to developing their musculature to peak human levels. They were also, in the main, quite small men. Pandour was five six, and Sandow was five nine. Wells was five ten. How likely is it that a lanky six foot six inch world class boxer will somehow cram in the time and effort to develop their bodies to similar levels on a far longer frame and still be able to spar, do cardio, drills, padwork and all that jazz. What would even be the point, if it had no functional benefit?

Is it possible that Joshua is natural? Just about, if you want to stretch credibility to breaking point.

    Is it probable? Hell no.

Why would he want to though? If PEDs are going to allow him to work harder, be stronger, faster and whatnot and he had the money and expertise to do it without jeopardising his career then why would he forego that?

There's no logical reason I've seen here why a world class athlete wouldn't use PEDs if they could get away with it, except for some fluff about ethics and fairplay.
