    When they lose, they lose.
No excuses. No endless explaining why and how.
They get beaten up, that's that.

Excuses are the scourge of boxing.
It should be a man's sport and not one where all the fans ***** when their favourites lose a fight.

Listen up dip****, I haven't come up with a single excuse or am I about to but, the gloating and celebration at Joshua losing, not Ruiz winning but, Joshua losing is starting to grate a little bit. Joshua did lose to the better guy on the night, well no ****ing **** Sherlock but, to suggest that was AJ at his best and Ruiz will put his whole career to the sword in the rematch because Joshua is ****, has been exposed, is a paper champion, is a hype job, can't box, has no chin, no heart, no stamina, no durability, no ring IQ, **** poor coach, no motivation, never fought anyone, never beat anyone prime, has overrated power, no jab, basically no nothing and was never a deserving champion is also complete and utter bollocks......just saying

How many ****ing excuses did we here when Wilder got gifted a draw against Fury? How many threads were there about long counts, Fury was KO'd and Weiss was in Fury's pocket, blah, blah , blah

You said it’s a vivid difference and he is the same in all previous fights. I say he was not. You said it’s indisputable and I dispute it.

I asked for what specifically was the same in every other fight. Shouldn’t be that difficult since it’s so vivid.

I’ll continue to take part in the discussion. There’s no other thread of which I am aware where you have to agree with another poster’s assertions or leave.

It’s a discussion board. I’m not name-calling or trolling in any way. I’m fact, I’ve given concrete examples of where his behavior is different fight to fight. I’m complete on the thread topic. I choose to take part in the discussion.

I say that respectfully - we have opposing viewpoints so are better off not antagonizing one another as it degrades the discussion.
I'm not saying agree or leave - would never say that. I was encouraging debate - but you seem to be motivated by trying to prove me wrong, and to feel like you are vindicated over Joshua's loss. We are just better off not going in circles when we have different philosophies.

And regarding cataloguing the differences in Joshua's demeanour - I encourage you to watch the video another user helpfully posted. It's clear as day (to me, as a somewhat impartial viewer) and a much more vivid document than any long-winded nit picking essay would be.

If Joshua turned up to a nightclub like that there is zero chance the bouncers are letting him in.

True that. He looks drunk or drugged.

The videos I’ve seen show him acting differently from fight to fight during intros. He’s robotic, sure, but it’s not a scripted motion that never varies.

This whole thing about me getting vindication - vindication for what? That’s a projection on your part, which is ironic because to me this whole thing about his ring walk and demeanor/behavior before the bell is also a projection: he had a different result (losing) therefore you and some others look for visual evidence that you believe presages that result.

But let’s get down to brass tacks: once the bell rings, up until the point at which AJ knocks Ruiz down in the third round, what exactly do you see different about Joshua during the rounds? Because it’s difficult to believe he would be “off” before the fight ... then fight basically normally (given allowances for facing a different opponent) ... then magically after he knocks Ruiz down and rushes in to finish, he’s suddenly “not right” again?

I could certainly see some nerves with it being his built up US debut, and being the face of DAZN, also with Wilder looking how he did last fight out. I assume it wasn't the time difference as he had plenty of time to acclimate. Nerves or not it was still a case of Ruiz taking advantage of weaknesses Joshua has shown in the past. He has shown a shaky(ish) chin and can have bouts of getting winded, like in the Klitschko fight. I'm interested to see the rematch, winnable fight for either guy.

    - Obviously looking out of sorts in the intro.
    - Asking weird questions between rounds.
    - Losing in a massive upset.
    - His Dad trying to get at Hearn.
    - Professional Boxing Insiders that say they have inside information that he didnt want to fight.

Its not just people looking for excuses. Theres obviously enough oddness surrounding this fight to warrant peoples suspicion.

Had Ruiz Jr not gotten up from the knockdown, would these threads exist?
