    Raw athletic talent and intrinsic fighting talent are two different things. Garcia should know that. AJ has more athletic talent than Fury, he doesn't have more fighting talent than him... which is what matters.

    I'd argue that Fury is way more athletic than Joshua.

    Guess it depends on what someone considers athletic.

    The only real athletic traits I can think of that I'd favor Fury in is footwork, reaction time, and stamina.

    I think if they were dueling in an athletic competition that guaged things like overall speed, explosiveness, power, vertical, ect... AJ would edge him.

    But I can see why someone would consider Fury more athletic.

    Isn't this sort of playing into Fury's often repeated insult of 'Bodybuilder'? Yes, Joshua can run 100m and lift weights better than Fury. Guys Manny Pacquiao's size can play basketball better than him and sing better. The sport of concern is boxing. Fury is a boxing genius, and Joshua is in his mid 30's, has two losses, and is still "learning on the job" despite 15 years at the top level.

    • Has better reflexes
    • Has more stamina
    Joshua is really just jacked

    What would you expect a trainer to say about a boxer who will generate him millions ? No idea what he is getting for training AJ but it’s usually 10% of purse. So He isn’t going to say he sucks.

    Agreed but Garcia appears not to like Fury I remember he picked against him in all the Wilder fights.
