Looks like Anthony Joshua ain't falling for that trap again. He took the Ruiz fight lightly, thinking that fighting an out of shape opponent who lost to Parker will be an easy task, had barely trained and was not in shape to fight a war. I don't know if Fury is playing mind games, but one thing for sure ...Aj is not running hot and cold with his training like that big guy on your profil picture did. I still believe he is one of the Greatests heavyweights ever and definetly in my top 5 heavyweight ever though.

Femi isnt going to under estimate the fat bloke ever again, especially after what Ruiz Jr did to him.

Joshua knows all about losing to fat blokes. The excuses are already being written up by Eddie Hearn!

Unlikely he can shed that additional fat within a reasonable amount of time, without use of prohibited substances. But Joshi is right that he trains for 2015 type Fury anyway.

Fury looked pretty similar to how he did when he did that demolition job on Wilder. He’s always going to have a heavyset build. With zero training Fury would be around 350lbs, Joshua without training and supplementation would be a 220lbs skinny guy.

Yeah but Aj isn't Wilder. Best chance is to come in 250lb against Aj and box and move like he did against Klitschko

Coming in at 250lbs would leave him dehydrated, weak and easier to KO. Fury has always performed best at 260lbs+.

If thats true then its probably because him doing drugs and drinking and eating junk food caught up with him. His best feat is outboxing Wladimir Klitschko and he was able to do that because he came in at 246 light on his feet and perplexed Klitschko with quick feints and movement.

Anthony Joshua is far more dangerous for Fury than Klitschko stylistically because he likelihood is Aj wont stand there like an idiot and do nothing. He'll be a hell of a lot more willing to let his hands go and put neat and tidy combinations together. Fury coming in at 260+ isn't that quick. No faster than Pulev. And he'd need that quickness to stay at range and frustrate Joshua.

Fury at 260 wins - over 280 or under 250 and Joshua will be a problem.

Oh they were ? Well even if he was at 260 Joshua would still be FAR more dangerous than Klitschko. As Joshua will be likely to go foward and throw combinations. He wont stand there doing nothing. We saw how wallin implemented that agressive style sort of and it gave Fury trouble. The Fury that fought Wlad vs Current Aj is 50/50 imo. Styles make fights

Fury is always out of shape and inactive. It's unfortunate, but it's standard Fury.

AJ is boilerplate phony gentleman who will always publicly respect his opponent while disrespecting people in private messages. It's standard AJ.

    *Yawn.*
