    No it wouldn't

Mundine would have to take a major purse cut to appear on a GBP undercard.

You think they pay millions to the fighters on the undercard? ;)

His already got millions that's the point. Take a paycut to get exposed.

One step back to go 2 steps forward.

Speaking about the clubs and pubs, i have noticed each time Mundine fights, fewer and fewer are showing his fights . . . I remember an article before Soliman II, a club around the St George area wasn't showing the fight, they said they were simply asking too much to show it, and this was for a decent fight . . . I'm pretty sure these days the clubs and pubs showing the Mundine fights are dwindling . . .

No, but Mundine doesn't make millions from each of his PPV events in Australia either.

Plus, he wouldn't be puttiing any of his own money up to promote the fight, as GBP would be footing the bill.

If both Bika and Geale want to fight the 'over managed' Mundine, they should both be willing to fight for very little money, just to prove a point. If the outcome of the fight is in their favour, the nation will be behind them as either man looks forward to a legitimate World title shot. The thoughts of Gattelari/Rose come to mind, when trying to get a perspective on the current situation of possibilities. Thankfully, Gatterlari is now a respected man, and has been for a long time.... as he should be, with admirers of all ages and walks of life. I wonder how long the MAN will retain the attention of his own family and supporters, unless some creditable fights are on the horizon.

Bika has a profile in the States. He won't be fighting Anthony for peanuts, if at all.

Mundine needs Bika more than Bika needs Mundine at this stage, mate. Bika needs to prove nothing. He's a top 10 SMW, and you could argue he's even top 5, on the basis of his performances against top opposition. He just needs to win himself a title. Hopefully he'll get a shot again soon.

That's not the case with Mundine, is it? No one's ever heard of Mundine in the USA or much of Europe, but Bika is better known than Kessler and Bute in the USA and he is quite well known in Europe too! Mundine...on the basis of his last few performances, given the quality of opposition, he's not definitely a top 5 fighter, is he, either at MW or at SMW. Heck, you could argue there are at least 10 people who have put in better performances recently, both at SMW and MW. Choc is living on past glories, mate...and they weren't much to trumpet about either, come to think of it. Time to get back in the mix and prove himself; he's irrelevant as things stand.

Mundine puts bums on seats in Ozz, but that's about it. Bika's the best SMW in Australia. :good

agreed totally there bika has improved, hes fought tough fights to get there, he fought calzage, bute, codrington and manfredo and looked great in some parts of each fight, as dirty and they come but also as tough as they come aswell...
dont think mundine has the heart to fight someone like bika to be honest...

Im unsure of figures that Mundine would make etc.Though i have heard he makes easily few hundred grand for these dud fights he has.

I do know for fact that Hamden got touch over 200k for his bout with Mundine.Being a fellow pork hater like Mundine would of obviously got him a better deal then most Mundine opponents.

I belive with Bikas profile and current form, over 200grand would be a good offer that Bika im sure would accept.
