Hmmmm, interesting, I've never bought that that KO was 100% legit for some reason, that wouldn't shock me at all tbh.

I never liked Mundine and I was a big Kessler fan but even I thought Mundine did well in that fight, yes clearly beaten but he had Kessler wary at times and if he was busier that night who knows! I actually think Mundine was an under achiever considering how skilful he was in his prime. His chin was glass though, like his dad I guess! Anyway, very happy about tonights outcome!

Unfortunately my dermatology appointment is at 9am (here now) so I was really banking on the main event starting at 6:30am like advertised. When it didn't start until over an hour later I was getting nervous but Jeff threw me a bone.

    That's actually kind of funky...

Wearing gloves you've just boxed in feels gross, most guys can't wait to rip them off their hands.

Can we revisit for a moment what a HORRIBLE robbery Hammond vs. Rojas was?

Just me or has 2018 been especially heinous?

I had never heard any of those rumours in regards to that fight but that actually makes huge sense. It's really only because of that result that I bag Mundines ability to take a shot! I thought Mundine was winning that fight.

That was, incidentally, Horn's fourth KO1 scored in his career, although the rest all occurred in 2013.

Yeah if you think about it, as @CST80 pointed out the overwhelming evidence supports him being able to hang around with big punchers more often than not.

Alright, division of labor for this afternoon...

@CST80 you generally take a keener interest than I do in UK boxing, so I assume you'll be doing the BoxNation card? Works out, I plan on watching/scoring the Italian card and I'm pretty sure they're going to conflict.

    Yeah, by a few hairs.

I believe the Italian card and the British card are one and the same aren't they? The Boshiero/Ward, Scarpa/Hughes matches are the main events and the Turchi/Conquest & Fioridigiglio matches are on the undercard, all happening in Tuscany. If its the card with McKenna in the UK that you're referring to, nah **** that, I'm sticking with the Italian card. But go ahead and put up the RBR, you can take it, I'll just score along

Yeah, her face isn't the best, but i wouldn't mind wearing her legs as a scarf at all nonetheless

Yeah the Brit card I was referring to was the BoxNation one, Kieran Smith vs. Evaldas Korsakas/Lewis Benson vs. Tyrone McKenna/Kash Farooq vs. Iain Butcher, exactly the sort of domestic UK show I'm usually okay with missing (although I'm mildly interested at least in Farooq vs. Butcher, if nothing else)

Turchi vs. Conquest isn't a great card by any stretch but it beats nothing (or ...BoxNation) on a Friday afternoon.
