November 30th @ Brisbane Stadium, with a stipulated 156½lb catchweight.

There is $8 million in the kitty to be split between them (exact distribution as yet unrevealed), with career welterweight Horn standing to pocket an extra 1 million (from Mundine's purse) if Choc misses the contracted weight limit.

This is expected to surpass the Aussie PPV record of 200k buys, set by Mundine vs. Danny Green a dozen years ago.

    Mundine is a 3/1 underdog.

This is kind of win-win for Choc haters; either he comes in over 71kg and has to let Jeff pry a cool million from his grubby mitts, and probably loses a wide decision anyway...or he comes in drained and gets KTFO. :sisi1

I don't count Mundine out totally here, he's far craftier than Horn. But he's old and as IB said could come in drained. Likely scenario is Horn mid round stoppage but I wouldn't be surprised if he struggles somewhat.

Mundine will KO, Jeff "the school teacher" Horn, with ease and party with the natives afterwards.
Anthony Mundine is the best fighter to ever come out of that stolen continent, too bad he has to over pay fighters to let him kick their ass.

Yeah, and he's a Rugby player who was just fooling around in the gym one day.

The Mundine from the Clottey and Hatley matches will be present and accounted for, and yeah, he should be counted out. Still underrating Horn I see? You'll become a believer soon enough.:deal:

Horn stylistically bears some passing similarities to each of the following:

Danny Green (beat Mundine...officially just the once but arguably twice)
    Daniel Geale (see above)
Garth Wood (like the pair above split a pair with Mundine, except he knocked him out and then lost the rematch)
Tommy Browne (started out well and hurt Mundine, winning the first round on all 3 judges' cards as well as mine, CST's, and everybody's in the RBR...but succumbed the next round after blowing his wad...and is a war-torn blown-up FEATHERWEIGHT)

...except that Horn is a) younger than any of them were as of when they fought Mundine and b) clearly better than any of them p4p (except maybe Geale).

Horn is the real deal, don't let Crawford dismantling him fool you.

True, but now that you've brought it up, Bud fans are going to be insufferable after this...

"Crawford's so good he dismantled a big strong natural welter that was good enough to beat Pac beforehand and then even after Bud thrashed him move up and beat a natural super middleweight!"

I never underrated him, just didn't overrate him like you did. It was extremely obvious that he'd get dismantled by Crawford who I picked to school and stop him lol. Yeah beating an old washed up Mundine who will probably be drained, quite the feat!
