About time Clottey recovers from his permanent diarrhea and scores a meaningful fight.

Hmm - methinks if Mundine makes weight then Clottey got this. A genuine strong 154 v a weight drained middle or super middy - both getting on in years and past their best it may come down to who wants it more - but at this stage I think Clottey UD.

He actually fought once in between the Pacquiao loss and his comeback last September.

The only two years since 1994 in which Clottey never fought professionally were 2000 and 2012.

This might set a record for the fewest punches landed in a light middleweight contest. (probably held by Sergio Mora vs. Shane Mosley, combining for a scant 250? Jr. MW average is 18 connects a round for each man, totaling over 200 after twelve and over 400 between the combatants...)

Just to put that in sharper detail:

Carlos Molina and Cory Spinks were able to collaborate for 320 connects. :!:

    Chew on that.

Mundine and Clottey might yield as low as 200, seriously. Perhaps even the high 100's. Mundine is still defensively slick and reflexively quick enough that Clottey's bursts of half-ass offense (which he won't bother investing too much feinting or set-up into with Mundine annoying him and jacking his rhythm) won't get much through, while Mundine's own attacks, economical to be polite, will be sliding up Clottey's turtle shell all night.

Yeah but even in those, and in the early going with Margarito before he broke the hand and was in control and seemed poised to beat Margarito, or even when he beat up Chico, he is never a high work rate machine.

Vaguely remember watching it back in the day. Remember being disappointed in Judah's performance (a first I know). Didn't the fight end early on a cut or something, honestly cant remember much of it. Guess I still hold a grudge for Clottey beating on corrales, that depressed me as a teenager

To be fair, he did come all the way around the world to beat the ancient Bronco McKart and capture the vacant IBF North American middleweight title. :yep (which, somehow, he, though Australian, was eligible to compete for...)
