    Round 1 Browne 10-9
Round 2 Mundine wins by KO2

Browne has a nice jab he's working behind, Mundine looking slow and sluggish, occasionally getting in a left hook here and there, then Mundine lands a big shot, an overhand right, Browne is rocked, Mundine is unloading and drops Browne at the end of the round, he's rolling around on the canvass dazed, he can't get up, the ref waves it off.

That was far better than I expected it to be lol didn’t think Mundine had it in him at 42 to recover that quickly

Browne's first loss in a decade (though he did take a 5 year layoff after he was KTFO by a Lenny Zappa body shot in a war)

Did Mundine call out everyone and their mother already?

That's one view, or you could say he just had the professional instincts after eighteen years in the game to just weather the storm, while his opponent the sixteen-year veteran got a little overexcited having never fought under quite so bright a spotlight (and having put a lot of pressure on himself with the "do it for Davey" bit) and punched himself out in the 1st, leaving himself sloppy & vulnerable to counterattack in the second..

I’d say that’s probably the right view now having watched the fight, whereas my take before was based on what I thought was going to happen going into the fight

...nope, just Horn, like a dog with a bone on that front, he really seems obsessed with the Hornet being his swansong.

I'm not sure why, stylistically that is a near shoe-in guarantee for Mundine to get himself KTFO. Surely there are domestic clashes that would be comparable paydays with less of a chance of getting brutalized (tiebreaker in the Green trilogy for instance?)

Horn has all the best qualities combined of every bloke that's given Mundine a hiding over the last ...well, eternity (since prime Kessler, the last Mundine conqueror to be at least one full level - more like several - above Horn) except with the advantage of not being a domestic club fighter or halfway shot.
