Great natural talent, wasted ability, poor management (in terms of decent fights), big mouth, no sense of self (wants to be a rapper etc.), a good human being in real life, a gigantic ****wit on TV.:good

Yep, he had his chance 3yrs ago after schooling Danny Green and knocking Sam Soliman out.

Sadly, he's looking old and will be 34 next year.

He'll get KO'd if he steps up to a Pavlik or Abraham at Middleweight. Although he probably beats most of the others at that weight.

he has great financial clout , so there is no excuse for the quality of opponents as of late.

should have lured lacy over to australia before jermain got to him.

Without his financial backing he would not have gone as far as he did...I dont think he is that much of a wasted talent..he stepped up and lost.

If he had dedicated to boxing from the start we may have been talking about him different..maybe as fondly as we do his father.

    Great athlete...better then average boxer.

    Keep dreaming.

He has fought no one worth mentioning in his last 8 fights and he's fighting Shannon Taylor in Feb.

Nine "tune ups" in a row! :patsch

Had the world at his feet after beating Green in '06 but has done absolutely nothing since then. Danny was the one who grabbed a belt the next year, not Mundine.

Yeah he fought a good fight taking Kessler 12rds in 05, then he KO'd his next 2 opponents before schooling Green in 06. He ko'd Acosta before Ko'ing Soliman in early 07.

Sadly, the next 6 fights have been meaningless, he had the money and resume to take on the states but didn't.

I think he beats Pavlik to be honest.

    But yes, a wasted talent.

a talented fighter.Who seems to waste he´s talent on other things..,
And every time he opens he´s mouth,i close my ears!!!
    he´s a smartass!!
He should stay at middelweight, and take it damn serius..
    he might get far then.

good call... Ive seen nothing in the Pavlik armour that makes me think he will belt Mundine. Mundine is fighting has beens atm... although, he is still active enough.... the bull**** simply needs to end, and well credential current fighter must be chased.
I will openly state, that Mundine HAS the ability to give any Middle or Super Middle a good fight. He does need to fight the best men now, and he will learn to shine again. Get rid of the cotton wool that surrounds him, and let him have another serious handfull of bouts.
