I wouldn't be surprised if his chin is **** poor now as he appears to be deteriorating, but in the peak of his career his chin was okay, not great, not bad. But he lights up like a deer in headlights when he takes a stiff shot. Pretty **** poor article though tbh.
Echol never landed diddly on him to test the chin theory. The ref broke them if they even looked like clinching - Echols played chasey all night and had no chance to land anything to gauge his chin on. Siaca dropped him, 'Crazy' Kim dropped him and so did Nishizawa - None of whom are punchers. Mundine has developed a much tighter defense and that is probably one of the more remarkable features of his post Otke career. Apparently Pavlik called him out as potential next fight - Oh yes god please let it happen.
mundine will never fight pavlik. wish he would, it would interesting until pavlik catches him... remember, mundine did well against kessler.
Dont know what the truth is in this matter....he has gone the distance with Kessler, Echols and Green.....all big punchers.....and then gets decked by lesser fighters :huh. I think his jaw is suspect but his defense is good so its saves his jaw more often than not
Sounds a bit strange mate.....If I like Pavlik I will always be interested in the guys he may fight next....like AA, Sturm, Mora, Wright and even Mundine...not saying I love any of these fighters but to say they only belong on home soil is wrong I think
