Washington, one of the many patsys that decorate Wilder’s record, during his alpha stint. A muscle bound ex football player, unsuccessfully groomed to be a boxer.
Ed certainly has the brass neck to foist him on DAZN subscribers for the extra £27
Or how about that rotund, Ruiz shaped
Eastern European, that stopped that cocky Marty something or other, on channel 5 recently, he’ll do!
Extraordinary value for the fans, can hear all the guff now, but I won’t, like many others -I’m fed up of his patronising “massive” “huge” ideas of boxing events, to fool, what he considers “patsys,” of a different kind from Gerald!

Whilst I would like to see Joshua v Hrgovic, there is a downside to it. If Joshua wins he becomes IBF mandatory for Usyk. And quite frankly I don't need to see a third fight. At least not until Usyk has a chance for undisputed.

Ideally it would be Ruiz Jr., then if Joshua was to beat him, facing Wilder would likely be for the WBC mandatory position. Putting him on course for Fury should undisputed not happen. But as @Scissors said above, it's probably too short notice.

Bit of a balls up. Hopefully there will be some decent fighters publicly throwing their names in the hat.

Just read that haye is saying del boy told him over a week ago that whyte was going to test dirty and he was stepping up to fight Aj. If this is true the whole game stinks.

Yeah peopl are incredibly upset about this Del Boy knew thing. But all it might mean is that Whyte was told he had weird test results a week ago, he told x who told y who told Del who told Haye.

I don't think its a conspiracy just more likely whyte popped a week ago and they waited on the b sample to confirm it. What i think stinks is sitting on it and pretending now that they are trying to sort a fight.

He was calling Joshua out not too long go think I'd rather see Washington than Joshua and Hughie run away from each other for 12 rounds

Not a lot of options at such last minute. Ideally AJ vs ortiz, ruiz, bakole, kabayal, wallin.

Hearn usually has a replacement back up in training but no idea who?

At least Hearn has what 3 weeks to find a replacement? That’s almost half a training camp for most fighters, I’ll be surprised if they don’t find a credible opponent unless Hearn is offering peanuts

Too late for any reasonable opposition for £27. Just drop it and put the rest of the show on subscribers DAZN.

If AJ really "owns the show" why would he take a loss on it? Any decent last minute replacement will want the bulk of Whyte's purse.

Predictably that idiot Sam Jones was straight out this morning giving his view that it has to be Chisora.
