    Ermm no.

AJ was clearly uncomfortable from Dubois' superior jab right from the start.

He landed a big shot on Dubois before the KO but Dubois wasn't hurt/rocked. This is boxing, you have to take and give. AJ can give but he can't take (no homo).

He wanted the quick way out. He didn't want to slowly take control of the fight.

It also helped that they weren't fighting nobodies for million dollar paydays. A lot of the greats fought like they were hungry cause, well, they were. They also fought a lot more for the same reason, which helped the development as well.

Usky just figures it out and adapts... and keeps coming, expressionless and inexorably.

He's just like The Borg from the '90s Star Trek.

When.DDD got rocked I thought the.worst. No way would AJ pull ot out of his arse. Luckily AJs brain.was so rattled from the 18 knock downs in 3 rounds he left himself ridiculosuly wide open to a counter right by a man who's brain was just beginning to come back online.

That was one of the funnier KOs - he was genuinely out cold for a few seconds there. Something not done before to him. I'm putting this in the.KTFO column

100%. I predicted Dubois to win but I wasn't expecting such a classy finish, honestly didn't think he had that in his locker.

Agreed, to be fair to Joshua, it was a total bomb he got caught with in the 1st round - and whilst he shouldn't have got caught with it - he really paid the price as he never seemed to have his legs under him after it. I was surprised he got up as I thought it was lights out

He didn't even see the jab. I was concerned from the very first one that landed.

He took a hard punch, but this is boxing. He wasn't rocked. And had enough senses to time a perfect counter.

You're clutching at straws to make excuses for AJ.

DDD lost to Joyce, but I think he cracked the granite chin. Look at results since that fight.

I think AJ is shot to bits mate. I even think Parker beats him now.
Looking vulnerable is a thing for HW's when in against punches ( even none punches if you can call a 6f 3+ guy a none puncher )
Aj just dosn't have the confidence to fight a puncher on the back foot. The blue print to beat AJ is there pressure him get him backing up and he will fold like a deck chair.
Hearn's rematch clauses just prove he doesn't care about anything other than money but we all know this anyway.

Dubois was rocked hard the round before the fight ended too. I.e. a standing KO AJ rocked him twice and was about to KO him. Hadnt Dubois connected so early, AJ would have dismantled him. I have no doubt about it. The same way I had no doubt about that if Dubois connected clean early he would win the fight.

Lennox Lewis would brutally knock out Dubois. You gotta appreciate just how brutally he took care of the likes of Razor Ruddock, or Micheal Grant. He showed up, and he showed up damn determined.

Joshua demanded respect during the face of, but not in the ring.
