There is only one "if" there, not many. If AJ wouldnt have stood within range with his hands down in round 1, he would have won the fight.

Even the most ******ed amateur knows that it cannot be done in round one (it can't be done in any round, but very especially in round one). Well, AJ did it.

People talking as if Dubois had used some amazing skills to connect that punch and put Aj lights out, and the truth is that the punch is a single isolated punch from long distance that would have never connected in any other fight. In this one, AJ acted like and idiot and it connected, but Dubois tries this punch (isolated right hand punch with no preparation or faint from long range) in the first round one thousand times again and wouldnt connect a single time again.

I enjoyed the beating a lot. Nevertheless I can see that there is a good component of luck in this victory. Good for Dubois, though, he capitalized and I enjoyed it.

One thing we haven't touch on yet

AJ in the post fight interview saying he's angry and wanted to remain professional. What a tit lol. What is he going to do? throw his rattle out the pram and claim he's 20 stone heavy again?

Never said they were but winning a title will always rate higher for me than being given one. By the way i was pleased for Dubois tonight but he is still not a champion in my eyes until he beats the winner of Usyk v Fury

He wanted to lead the crowd in a rendition of hip hip hooray for Daniel Dubois but Eddie told him not to.

Wait until you find out how Larry Holmes and Lennox Lewis became champions.

I think you don’t like Daniel Dubois. Finding some obtuse reason to rate a win over Valuev ahead of a win over Joshua should be embarrassing.

It may be to you but calling yourself champion when you have already lost to Usyk is embarrassing. If you go back and follow the thread on Dubois V Joyce i stuck up for Daniel when a lot were calling him a quitter. So no i like Dubois he is a very good fighter but at this stage i rate him below Bruno and Haye You dont ,fine we will just have to disagree

OK, so you're a purist who values Valuev's win over a faded John Ruiz for a vacant alphabet title and questuonable defense oved an 45 or 50 year old Holyfield. Got it.

I am sad, upset and visibly mad and shaken up from the results. Had Joshua won Usyks resume would have looked better, but it wasn't to be. Words can't describe how I feel right now. My world has crumbled around me. I no longer feel thirst or hunger, just emptiness.
