Yeah seems more than a bit counterproductive and a shame to have these fights with no atmosphere. Bit annoyed I missed the Kelly one.

On the plus side at least we won't be running til midnight.

Glad someone said this. All the people saying the same about the Saudi events probably feeling a bit sheepish right now. Our crowds are great for main events, but there's a reason promoters usually don't bother with sexy undercards…

 

He’ll probably get stopped but Warrington has been tremendous value over his career. He’s shifted 10,000 tickets for this fight apparently. What an advert for him that is.

 

Doubt that figure is true. He doesn’t even do that in Leeds these days and his fans were outnumbered in Sheffield for the Wood fight.

I have. Needed something I could watch on phone and big TV and Discovery+ has never been good to me.

Interestingly they're offering a feed with the Talksport commentary, might try that later, especially if it's Jon Rawling. For now it's the usual Grisham / Barker / Barry Jones / Costello quartet.

 

I agree shame crowd not been bigger for early fights. I have enjoyed the fights but yeah no atmosphere

 

Think the latter end of undercards can be decent in arenas but rarely works well in a stadium.

Was the same for the undercard on the Riyadh card in the states, was about 100 people watching the Bakole fight and it was the best fight of the night. Complete waste, need to spread these shows out a bit.
