I dont have a dog in the fight. As ever, may the best man win.
I honestly see this as an AJ win, in the end fairly conclusively. I know his comeback fights haven't been against top tier competition. But, generally, he's been on a steady rebuilding trail and I think he is working well with Ben Davison. This is the acid test in that rebuilding process though.
I think DD deserves a lot of credit for coming back the way he has. And he's a hard hitter. But I still need more evidence that he won't wilt under elite pressure, as he has done previously. And I think he's outgunned by AJ in most departments, skill wise.
I see a slightly cautious start before AJ finds his rhythm and his confidence before closing the show at the half way mark.

Don't have to be snappy to do it. A well timed shot is all it takes to disrupt momentum. It's also the whole point of training with different game plans rather than only sticking with what you're good at.

AJs biggest tool is his right hand. Suggesting he doesn't try to take that away is insane.

Hrgovic best weapon also was right hand and Dubois knew that. This knowledge dont help him prepared tactic to avoid this. He eat thoose shoots again and again.
He dont became master of defence in 1 camp.
He will eat from Joshua too. Special that Anthony is quicker than Filip.

Hope for Dubois is fact that Anthony is softer than Filip and if he aim his with solid shoots Joshua can be wobbled too long to survive.

But there comes another fact. Joshua is much more responsible fighter in defence than Hrgovic. He move better on feet and got more expirence to not forget to got respect for opponent all the time.

We will see who will be better this evening.

Which is exactly why it would be smart for Dubios camp to work on a plan to counter the right hand. Problems don't go away by ignoring them.

Dubois just said he will be headbutting AJ, lol. And then he and Fish Eyes will be crying when he's disqualified, like when he threw 20 low blows against Usyk.

edge in chin? Joshua has only been knocked out once. Dubois has been knocked out twice by jabs and been downed and hurt multiple times. I reckon Joshua has a better chin.

    AJ by stoppage

Dubois is even worse than the bodybuilder.

There is a puncher's chance for Dubois, though, but the most likely outcome I think it is AJ by stoppage.

Joshua is rightfully a clear favourite and Daniel could get starched early if he 'defends' like he did against Hrgovic.

That said, I look at their recent fights and uncertainty comes in. While Daniel has embraced challenges and grown as a man and fighter, Joshua hasn't really fought anyone who was a legitimate threat against him. Granted, his dispatch of Wallin was impressive. But I'm increasingly thinking Otto's reputation was insanely and unjustly inflated by his performance against a lacklustre Fury.

This fight hinges on Joshua and where exactly he's at these days. He might flatline Dubois with the right early doors, but we might equally see the return of the tentative, post-Ruiz Joshua when he comes face to face with a fighter who can really hurt him. I want to see how Joshua reacts when he gets clipped by Dubois, I remain unconvinced that he won't go into his shell and unravel.

I'm prepared to look like a tit here, but I've got a sneaking suspicion that Dubois gets the job done. I reckon Joshua will be tentative early doors and allow Dubois to get his jab going. I think the fight will eventually catch light, they'll both get hurt and Daniel will deal with it better. Dubois by KO rounds 6-9. A genuine 'changing of the guard' moment.

This is a bad fight for Dubois style wise. AJ is going to obliterate that Glass Jaw in the first 6 rounds.
