I get the impression Dubois is a malleable, mouldable, reprogrammed machine since his loss to Joyce. He’s packing serious pop in the grand scheme of things although I don’t think he’s got one shot KO power against top tier heavyweights. Dubois KO’s opponents by dragging them into fighting his fight and stops them via accumulation.

Joshua won’t be there for a Dubois KO victory via accumulation. If Joshua cops a few solid shots and feels threatened, he’ll start boxing on the back foot like he did against Andy Ruiz in their second contest.

Against Usyk, Dubois was pushing the action whilst boxing in the pocket until he landed a peach body shot that should have ended the fight. Against Miller, Dubois let Miller come to him. Dubois boxed moving backwards, let Miller lean on him, he never tried to maul Miller until his opportunity came in the last round. Against Hrgovic, Dubois kept plowing forward, took Hrgovic’s best and wore him down until he quit. This tells me that Dubois and Co. has had a specific game plan for each of these opponents with each game plan differing vastly.

Dubois can win this. He needs to take center ring, stand there and box in the outer edge of the pocket. Not boxing moving backwards, not trying to get inside to try and maul Joshua, not chasing Joshua around the ring trying to land a bomb. He needs to remain composed, keep his hands up and box in the outer edge of the pocket. If the opportunity comes and he stuns Joshua, then it’s time to put his foot on the gas and go in for the KO.

Joshua can match the same approach but I think Dubois is slightly quicker and with a better jab.

I think Dubois wins this via decision or late stoppage.

AJ too sharp , accurate and powerful , he will clear DD midway through the contest with savage counter punching. . This fight is all wrong for Dubois.

Dubois is not afraid of Joshua, I'm absolutely sure of that, namely it's a high-stakes fight in which Joshua can lose more and the pressure is on him, it's not easy to deal with the pressure when you have a fighter on the other side of the ring who can match you in most segments . I don't believe that Joshua has drastically improved, it's not the same to stop soft Wallin and steely Dubois...

The question shouldn't be whether Joshua has drastically improved - he's beaten way better fighters than Dubois.

    The questions are:
    1) Has Joshua declined enough compared with how he was against Wlad, Pov, etc?
    2) Has Dubois improved enough, yet?

Wallin and Ngannou are underwhelming in some ways, but both caused Fury significantly more problems than Hrgovic caused Zhang... And Fury is way, way more proven than Zhang.

Dubois' reputation is at a bit of a peak, but if we're honest, Joshua would've got no more credit for beating hypejob Hrgovic and fat slob Miller than he did for beating Wallin and Ngannou...
They're good wins for Dubois in the context of his development, but the reason they're relevant for Dubois but would be irrelevant for Joshua is there's levels between their resumes.

Joshua's the strong favourite for good reason, IMHO.

There is good momentum with Dubois as of now with the recent bigger wins and Joshua has been getting back on the horse so to speak since the two Usyk losses and looks to be in a far better place than the Franklin and Helenius fights and certainly looks to have his confidence back. Dubois can be easy to hit at times which certainly favours Joshua but Joshua is also in with a bonafide threat in Dubois who should at least on paper pose a bigger threat than the other fighters he has faced since the Usyk defeats. Joshua with more big fight experience should pull the win off in all probability by stoppage, however should Dubois land something meaningful early to ask questions of Joshua and try to put doubt in his mind and remove some of his recently regained confidence then we could see a different outcome altogether.Dubois can certainly come again if he loses tonight but should Joshua lose that could be a long road back. Best of luck to both fighters and hopefully we have a clear winner without controversy.

AJ can win if he is disciplined. DD showed that he can be warn down in the Usyk and Joyce fights. Joshua needs to tag him enough to keep him off his game, but not go for the big KO right away. After rounds 7 or 8 DD will be ripe for picking if he sticks to that game plan.

    AJ KO 10

I will nail my colours to the mast and say Dubois beats AJ.

If Dubois fights to win as he states he will "by any means necessary,” i am unsure if AJ will deal with the situation.

So Daniel enter the lions den and become king of the jungle.

No matter who we expect to win, as always i just hope for a definitive and uncontroversial decision.

The only thing I got wrong was imagining Joshua was still at the top level.
