Helenius smashed a top 150. It's not even worth a high level sparring. On the contrary, it's great because it proves that he is in pretty good shape.

Fury wishes he could have slapped up that big useless bodybuilder for undisputed. These deluded AJ fans think he presents any kind of challenge to Fury. At least usyk actually does present albiet a literally small challenge unlike AJ who Fury would toy with.

AJ will have a panic attack thinking it's Fury. Also Robert has been marked by the devil Wilder and that brings great power

    AJ is done for

I've heard that boxers training is timed so they peak on fight night. What effect will this quick turn around have on Helenius? My instant reaction was " how is this fight even being sanctioned?" and then " well he should be in good shape for a last minute replacement " but I'm pretty ignorant regarding training cycles. Any ideas? Any first hand experience?

Easy KO for Joshua. Not a bad last minute replacement.

The better question probably is, how many rounds will Helenius last?

Joshua will be under pressure to stop Helenius early; every round past 1 increases criticism and diminishes Joshua's confidence for a Wilder fight. But Joshua will also get criticised if this older and more worn version of Helenius hurts him or worse.

Given it's allegedly a last minute replacement I don't hate it, even though the two heavies below Joshua on the card (Hrgovic, Chisora) are arguably fighting better opponents. But I think there would have been less pressure on Joshua if it were brother Washington (who also KO'd Helenius) as his 3rd Wilder leftover opponent. He can't punch as hard as Heleius and Joshua would look better getting rid of him inside 4.

I'll give Helenius a 5%-10% shot at pulling off a KO. It's almost certainly going to be AJ by KO in under 5 rounds. The only thing is AJ is now super cautious after being baptisted by fire by Wlad, Ruiz, Whyte, and Usyk. He is in fact the Anti-Wilder, who seemed to not be affected by his KO defeats by Fury. AJ might be tentative and it'll turn into a sparring match. But if AJ puts his foot on the gas, he'll get Helenius out of there quickly.

Still, I'll give Helenius the slimest of chances to KO AJ. He's still a big guy with power albeit with a glass chin, the definition of a glass cannon.
