Amsterdam labels a fighter not "significant" and can't even list his poor qualities. What kind of analysis is that? IMO Peterson has the full package.. only a matter of time before he becomes champ.

Amsterdam's opinion may be respected on this board (mainly because he's practically on here 24/7, 365). But everyone who has read his posts also knows he's the most biased mother****er on this board. Anthony Peterson will be champ one day and I'll be the first to rub it in his face when he does.

If AP fights David Diaz right now, he takes his title!

EASY:hey Safe to say we're all biased when it comes down to it. Yes, at times his gets the best of him. We all have flaws:yep His opinion is respected because HIS PREDICTION'S/PICKS play out too a high %.

Mine do as well:D You dont approach those types of winning percentages without at least a little knowledge:good

Absoultely CONCUR that AP waxes David Diaz.

I'm a big AP fan. His management needs to put him in there with a top 20 guy in his next fight. This guy he fought reminded me a little of Hatton. He was always coming foward, he threw alot of punches, and he held alot. He's basically one of those guys that it's hard to look good against. AP handled it pretty well, and looked better and better as the fight went on. The announcers were talking about his lack of counter punching, which to a degree was true. However, he was killing tha guy with the counter left hook all night.

As far as Amsterdam goes, he seems to have every active fighter not named Calzaghe or Mijares. Oh yeah, he also hypes up every fighter after they lose to Calzghe. Peterson has all the tools. I would like to see him in there with a couple of top 20 guys, and a top 10 guy before he gets a title shot.

So far Peterson has fought all bums. That guy last night was nothing. He should have been gone way before. He has skill and of course he will be a champ but All i was saying is he never beats juan diaz. Diaz is almost your complete package. A little more power and he is the complete package. right now i favor David Diaz(kinda iffy) Joel Cassamayor, Santa Cruz, and of course Juan Diaz.
