Anthony Yarde is the A side..

That cracked me up , I’ve known delusion but wow.

 

The idea that Yarde can be the A side of anything is laughable.

 

I'm definitely not planning to watch that for 16+ minutes, but the idea alone is bull.
You have to be a big deal to be the a-side against someone like Kovalev, and Yarde hasn't even fought anyone of note yet.

 

Unfortunately for them, it's the mandatory situation. The WBO will just set a purse bid, and if (should I say when? ) Yarde and Warren walk away from this fight, they will look not just ridiculous... It will be beyond ridiculous.

 

A-Side vs those cab drivers he fought in the past. Yeah. Kovalev will crush that guy and breaks him off a piece ffs. I can't see Yarde taking the fight though. He turned down the Beterbiev fight last year because he said he isn't ready (LOL) and now he's fighting an even more dangerous man? LMAO. No way. Yarde is a hypejob and will be exposed once he steps up his level of opposition. He's garbage and has nothing to offer apart his power and size. He can't box. He

 

My boy Yarde upgrades from fighting bartenders to fighting a yoga class instructor in his last fight and now he feels like he’s the A-Side against a legit boxer

 

Yarde is an Adidas brand ambassador. Adidas are going to be a sponsor of Arsenal in the future. Therefore, Yarde is a bigger draw in boxing than Kovalev. Makes perfect sense. The universe is a line. Yarde fought in the Albert Hall. The world is the world. Kovalev ducking. Facts.

 

So this is the excuse they came up with...

Yarde has no way out. They know he isn't the A side, he hasn't made a half of what Kovalev has made. He probably hasn't even made a tenth of what Kovalev has made in the sport.

There's no escape, let's all say thanks to the WBO for exposing Anthony Yarde for the fake that he is!

We've learnt of 2 new ducks this week, Deonkey Wilder and Anthony Yarde. They could only keep it hidden for so long.

Add to that the interview with Frank Warren that I watched on IFL. He didn't look particularly interested in making that fight. You could tell by the way he was speaking that he wasn't AT ALL keen on it. They want the fight in the UK and now they want a better split than Kovalev for a MANDATORY CHALLENGE! Unbelievable. The boxing scene looked good at first. But unfortunately this week we have found that there are less swans than we thought, and that indeed we have a bunch of ducks instead. It's embarrassing for a sport that has already been slammed at amateur level recently. Sort it out promoters, please.

 

Yarde can't even sell out Brentwood Leisure Centre and they think he's the A-side against a fighter like kovalev...brilliant

 

I'm starting to think that making Yarde a laughing stock is some sort of deliberate ploy by Yarde's handlers - he certainly gets lots of publicity for such a mediocre / unproven boxer.
