He and his handlers should absolutely be ashamed of themselves.
This little Hungarian dude should be fighting at 160 or even at 154.
I saw him get stopped by Dirrell and he looked small and hopeless. How did WBO sanction this? :hang

I don't understand why he didn't just fight Hosea Burton it was the next logical step and would set him up perfectly for a shot at the Buglioni-Johnson winner.

    Terrible opponent.

As for Burton that fight is just horse**** and makes zero sense. Beating him doesn't even guarantee a fight against Buglioni who would be able to ask for a voluntary pushing a potential fight to god knows when

It was mandated for the British title... plus he would of got paid a tidy nice purse... I'm sure far more that he is getting for this knock over. How does it not make sense? Only person it doesn't make sense to is FW because it's a risky fight.

You can fight bum after bum, but eventually the music stops and you have to fight someone with a pulse and then you will be in serious trouble.

    Just ask David Price.

There's no Papps or Erdei's these days. Hungarian fighters these days are all useless, it's abut time he stopped facing them

It doesn't make sense because Frank W could not allow the first kid with a real chance to be a major star that he has had in years to fight on sky. Yarde is also becoming a flag ship fighter for BT. If Yarde is what it think he is, In years to come I very much doubt anybody will remember these talks about Hosea Burton or Buglioni - Yarde is going higher places and a decent payday against Burton now won't be anything compared to what could be coming his way.

In regards, to the mandatory status yes that's correct but as I said Buglioni (assuming he is champion still after Johnson) can request a voluntary- this is in the rules. By the time this all plays out Yarde could very well be inline for a vacant title shot Warren style if Ward vacates or gets stripped..

There was that scandal of inflated eastern european boxing records, with fighters getting wins on their records for fights that never took place. That kind of all blew over as fast as it was reported for some strange reason.

I am sure all of his opponents are "legit" though.

I don't know what them Hungarians have done to him but he is going through them 1 by 1. He is going to clear the Hungarian scene out first then move on.
