It wouldn't shock me in the least if Sjekloca KO's him late. The deepest into a match Yarde has been 4 rounds. KOing Sjekloca is not an easy task, this fight is a toss up IMO.

Yarde is talented especially for a guy with no amateur experience buy I have a feeling he's going to go down the Liam Walsh route, when it's time to step up he won't have the resume and he'll get exposed pretty brutally.

I was agreeing with everyone that it was a big step up. Looking at his resume. Abraham, Smith, Zeuge, never been stopped etc. Then I was like... hang on, they’re all SMW’s!

    Mutton dressed as lamb.

It's still a decent step up.

He’s fighting someone who’s had two fights before at the weight.

Slobodan Cullum (me neither) was 12-20-0 the 20 mostly by way of stoppage and he’s took him the distance.

This isn’t the type of fighter a world #6 ranked fighter should be fighting.

Until yarde gets his title shot, even after his opponents are who will be the fighters stepping WAY UP in class.

AY is the future dominate lhw king reining destructive force. There isn't anyone he'd be "stepping up" to.

His the man, they're all his opponents.
Might as well write off the lhw for many years to come. Just waiting to see him hurt or in a bad place in that ring to make sure I'm positive he's the man

It's sad that a 40 year old super middleweight is considered a step up for Yarde, this guy is a fraud! :D :2guns:

Its a decent enough step up, not sure what all the fuss and rush is about yardes only had 13 fights and like 12 amateur fights

Kovalev fought a guy with 11 wins and 51 losses in his 13th fight, and kovalev had 215 amateur fights as well.

They are trying to give Yarde some confidence against Eastern Europeans by putting him in against EE plumbers, before he eventually gets chucked in the deep end against the likes of Kovalev, Beterbiev, Gvozdyk, Bivol and DROWNS.

Never been stopped yet he's been in with big punchers/elite fighters.

He's ranked in the top 30 on boxrec no problem. Will be interesting if Yarde can stop him

Of course, hasn't been past 5 means he can't, ok.
Yarde aint losing, for a long long time. .he's truly an animal at lhw, killing machine!!!

Wouldn't surprise you if every Aj opponent of the last few years upset him... Do you just simply hate the truly elite level phycical fighters that maybe too talented for your mind to handle.?
