Fair play to Khurtsidze, as he fought like a friggin' beast. I wouldn't pursue an immediate rematch if I were on team Douglas.

I'm not bailing on Douglas, though. He'll learn and bounce back from this. I look forward to more action from Action soon enough once he recovers. :deal

you need a bit more to your game when a strong fighter like Avtandil Khurtsidze
comes non stop to batter your ass, antoine will need to improve dramatically.

I love all you mother****ers who relentlessly bashed David Lemieux before the GGG match are now hypocritically defending Antoine Douglas.

There's many similarities between the two, David was 22 and Antoine was 23, and they both lost to two seasoned veterans in a step up they weren't ready for. But that's where the similarities end.

David in his loss, came in ***** to the wall and beat Rubio down for 6 rounds, didn't lose a minute of that fight, he gassed himself out got rabbit punched behind the ear and went down. David hadn't faced anybody near Rubio's level at that point aside from maybe Elvin Ayala, it was a ridiculous idea to put him in that match.

Whereas Douglas has faced multiple decent to very good fighters along the way, Soro is solid as hell, Lamanna and Szili were good and undefeated fighters, Sherrington was okay, so he'd passed most of the tests and was unlike David actually ready for his step up. And he may have won 2 rounds and was beaten from pillar to post legitimately dropped twice and hurt throughtout the fight by a puncher while decent was still far from Rubio's caliber.

Yet David was a bum incapable of mounting a comeback and improving any face of his game, but Antoine can bounce back and learn from his mistakes and become a more complete fighter from this unfortunate experience.

    Such hypocrisy.:-:)lol:

For the record I really think Douglas has a lot of potential and can bounce back, but I also thought David could too, some of you guys should try to be a little more consistent.:good

If he loses to a Joachim Alcine level fighter next I will lose all faith in him.

Well he might, it takes a long time for young KIDS to come to terms with being KO'd sometimes, it kind of robs you of your confidence, and whether you want to admit it or not Antoine and David were both kids. How many times did Salido lose and get KO'd when he was younger? Yet he learned from those experiences and got far better.

Everyone knows Limerick box' game he's a joke. And never responds to me as I have gave him numerous thrashings in the past.
