Two extremely underrated fighters. Who wins?

I think Cermeno was better. Cermeno was an EXCELLENT fighter - almost like a poor man's Eusebio Pedroza.

Bungu. Stronger and better conditioned. But it would be a close fight.

I just rewatched Cermeno vs Salud, and I have to say that I'm still astounded by some of Cermeno's moves. He truly was an awesome, little fighter. I definitely agree that he fought like Pedroza.

Bungu was brilliant too. He honestly does remind me of Azumah Nelson. Long arms, good jab, excellent pressure fighter & a very good defensive fighter too. But I can't shake the image of Romero landing counter after counter on him. Cermeno could do that as well, and he wouldn't be standing there to be hit afterwards.

I think he wins a decision, maybe a close one due to Bungu's workrate, but I think Cermeno wins.

I'd go with Bungu. He put together all of those title defenses and managed to get through McKinney twice, which I'm not sure Cermeno would do.

Someone should probably ask this guy

@Xplosive, is that ClassicfightsfromR channel, you? I had that idea, but I don't know whether it was true or not.
