His last opponnent said "I haven't seen his tapes, I don't know his name, I don't give a ****" and cornelius Lock said that El Pasoans will understand when he finishes Escalante because El Paso knows about boxing. what do you think of Antonio Escalante fighting Juan Manuel Lopez or Celestino Caballero for his next fight?
Escalante would be dangerous for anyone, he's got a huge punch and goes out there with the intention to knock people out. However he'll never quite be a very top guy at the weight because he's a little too crude and can be outboxed. I'd actually give him a decent chance against Caballero, it'd be a real interesting fight. I'm not so sure how he'd do against Lopez, but Juanma is still learning and still is flaws and because of that Escalante would be dangerous. I'd probably fancy Lopez to pull out a mid or late round stoppage in a barn burner. Anyway this guy is really going to start making waves soon.
