To be fair, this thread took a different approach with the questions he is asking. Margarito would have suffered the same at this stage of his career, plaster or no plaster, due to him having such poor defense. Even at his peak, I remember thinking that it was only a matter of time before dude seriously got hurt. You cant fight the best in the world and get hit that much without your body eventually caving in somehow.
