When Antonio tried unsuccessfully to regain his Ca boxing license his representative asked the CSAC rep if they could inspect the so called illegal wraps as they had never been allowed to see them. After much discussion the CSAC rep stuttered " ErrErr We do not have them any more they've been MISLAID" MISLAID ?? sure a boxing commission MISLAYS!!
