Then Cotto gets to knockout Capitello and Bob Arum. MargoCheato goes back to being a Tijuana taxi driver. Then Chavez jr. can fight him!

Mosley definitely ruined MargoCheato. Cotto should get to finish him off!

 

I always enjoyed Margo and his style(especially the 100+ punches per round and constant pressure). I'm not a an of the fact that he got caught loading his gloves though. I think Cotto fanboys get carried away saying he cheated to beat Cotto. There is no evidence and plus Cotto fought the wrong fight and Margo is a stylistic nightmare for the Caguas Crusher. Cotto's face busts up anyway and when you get drilled by that many uppercuts it doesn't help. The couple of uppercuts Zab landed on him busted him up.

I'd like to see him get a second chance. The whole once a cheater always a cheater bs is stupid because what Commission AND opposing corner are going to let Tony even start walking to the ring for a scheduled fight without triple checking his wraps. He can start out fresh. He is what he is and anyone thinking he'll be any less formidable post Wrap-gate is a fool....especially if their fighting him. He'll be the same 100+ punches per round slow but steady pressure big welterweight. He no longer can ever get away with cheating(like how a teacher in school catches you cheating on an exam and from then on always has an eye on you) so we'll just see him for what he always was....and you have to admit, against the right styles it's fun to watch

 

Margarito did not train for Mosely, that is something that so many do not know, which is the reason he wanted a rematch with Mosley ASAP. Void refused to fight Margarito for a good reason.

 

Margarito should be banned from boxing. He´s a cheater.

Seriously though I'm not a Marg hater, actually I don't know what to believe about the whole Plasterito thing. Can a fighter be unaware of what's in his gloves? Freddie Roach thinks so, though I'm not saying that Freddie's word is the Gospel or anything.

I think Cotto wins a rematch, he boxed Margarito's ears off in the early stages of the first fight and if he can learn from what Mosely did i.e clinch when he had to, it should be no problem for him. This is of course, assuming that no plaster was used in the Cotto fight, which is unlikely.

I'll be looking foreward to Margo splattering Cotto all over the MSG canvas in front of 20K+ wailing & a weepin PR's But i can't see Margo ever being at WW again, he was weighed drained against Mosley, at his age & height it'll be too tough get down in weight & be effective.

I allways thought Mosley had the style to beat the older slower Margo, but it helped GBP when they ambushed Margo at short notice with his 1st massive payday to take on Mosley at short notice.

Many people will be curious but many will forever brand margo as a cheater. I'm willing to give him another chance and if ever cotto wins against pac, I want to see a cotto-margo rematch to settle this issue of cheating once and for all.

 

Nice. Can't wait to see him back in action. Hopefully he's in shape and ready to roll. I'm sure he's focused and ready to redeem himself in the public eye.

 

I got mixed feelings for Margo...but I think that it's good that he is back. Some interesting matchups are possible like Margarito-Cotto 2
