Not to even compare the two at all, but did you see how Meldrick Taylor's face looked as Julio Cesar Chavez's punishment started telling on his face? People get carried away and think your hands are loaded if the guy's face becomes a swollen bloody mess. There's no more proof that JCC loaded his hands than there is with Margo. He got caught in a fight afterwards and anything else is speculation end of story. Cotto lost and even he said so and he knows not to dwell on the fact and that Tony just beat him hands down that night.

Karma is a mother and it will catch up to Margo for what he did if he was aware.

 

I just want to see if that granite chin is cracked for good, or was Mosley just a bad night. Margo did take some serious shots against Cotto, though he won, it's hard to imagine he came out the same after that.

Any word on who will be training Margo?

The only time I'll be happy seeing him in the ring again is if he's laying face-down in a pool of his own blood on the canvas after the Cotto rematch.

 

I for one am glad he's on his way back :good He's a game fighter and entertaining ! and boxing needs as much of that as it can get.

 

Mosley beat the hell out of him at his own game. He didn't run. He blasted him out. In the process Mosley took away the one thing Margarito could always count on, his chin. If Margarito wants to begin to earn back the respect of fans, he should go right back after Mosley. If he can somehow manage to beat him, then people will begin to support him again. He has to prove to everyone and himself that he can legitimately win. Whether he chooses to admit it, he has to have doubts in his own mind. He can erase the doubt and begin to restore his credibility by defeating Mosley in his first fight back. Mosley will not hesitate to take the fight. He needs a fight and this is a fight HBO will buy.

 

Once Margraito has sevred his punishment it will be good for boxing to have him back again. As for the Cotto fight, theres NO EVIDENCE that he used plaster or whatever it is in that fight, or fights before that. Im more of the opinion that AM's pressure, willingness to walk through constant pain, and throwing shots from everywhere landing everywhere won him the fight. I would definately allow him back, not Capetillo however, who is 100%clearly a cheating arsehole.

 

Hopefully when Margarito comes back he DUCKS Cotto, Mosley, Williams, Cintron, Martinez, and Clottey. Then he can be in the same league as "Duck Dodger" Mayweather.

 

Or better yet, Mosley rematch. :good

 

Margo cheated and was busted red handed. I look at it case by case and some of the guys on your list I dont respect either.

I was thinking the same thing....Cuevas was even tentative against a Roger Stafford and lost.
