Um......you totally got off topic with your response. Go back and read it, keep in mind margo accepted his suspension and accusations with no push back.

What was he supposed to do sue the CSAC , Nazim Richardson & Shane Mosely??? THey didn't indict Margarito because they had nothing to indict him on only ACCUSATIONS!!!

Now this post really proves how dumb you are:nut:rofl
Do you really believe anyone would put plaster blocks in their wraps when every punch they threw tore up their knuckles & hurt them more than their opponents????. :admin:patsch
That would make them as idiotic as you. You must be Oklahoma's village idiot

Pac successfully sued floyd with zero proof of anything. You make out margo's case to be so obvious, so yes he could definitely had sued and I think any lawyer with a brain would jump the opportunity to make easy money. Fact is, margo's attorneys advised him to just drop it and lay low off the subject and try and reapply for a license after his suspension . Taking this to court and shedding more light on it would of tarnished his rep even more.

Does everything need to be explained to you?? I bet you still don't quite get the birds and the bees. Resto put plaster in wraps and it did not do that, but obviously one could imagine that it could. The plaster would obviously form to your knuckles as you pounded on them while they were still soft on and malleable before they dried. So you end up with a hard piece of plaster perfectly conformed to your knuckles, an oddly landed punch could be the only way you hurt your hand with them, like a grazing shot that pushed the plaster between your knuckles sideways into the knuckle or rubbed over the top of them. Otherwise, they are far better than brass knuckles.

Another thing, how come we never heard about that injury, bleeding coming from the wraps and yet it swept under the rug not mentioned, why?? One, it was a superficial injury that did not impact training, two, it could not be explained without mentioning plaster, and that's why we never heard about it, you're so stupid.

This looks to be like another lie to me, look up the Resto case and you'll see that he was indicted...for assault. And he got away with it, which means the best they could hope for was assault but there is no such thing as attempted assault, which means, they could not indict Phony...I mean Tony. Just admit you're a fan of a total loser and get it over with, it'll be much easier on you.

And you seem to forget that he was caught before the fight, not after, therefore he had not actually committed a crime, you'd be singing a whole different tune had the wraps been found after the fight. So using your logic, answer me this; why was the suspension never appealed? Why accept the year long and lifetime suspension for Capetillo? Must be because the thought of being falsely accused was so overwhelming that they couldn't think straight. Reality sucks when you live in a fantasy world, wake up homie, no sense in living a lie that only you and a few others believe. Phony Margacheato is happy down in Tijuana or where ever he lives now humping 15 year old boys or whatever he's into now, not giving a damn about what you think he did or didn't do, and you're here causing yourself grief over it.

    Antonio Margarito = ATG Stamina

I have never seen the man even a bit gassed . in the 12 rnd, he was throwing punches as if it was still the first round .

    Remarkable conditioning .
